Gorgeous views of the tropical pool and the ocean from the balcony! Coastal cozy is what you'll find. Curl up the daybed nook for a nap after a day on the beach or cozy up to read a good book! The loft is where you'll find the cozy master bedroom, very comfortable queen bed for a great night's rest and TV. This condo has WIFI as well!
The kitchen has dishwasher, disposal, microwave, stove, refrigerator w/ice maker, cookware and dinnerware. Beautiful views of the courtyard, pool area, a volleyball sand court and some gulf views from the balcony! Spend time on the complimentary facilities which include tennis courts, basketball courts, horseshoe pits and shuffleboard courts. Or cook out in the communal outdoor grill area. We are also located next door to Kiva Dunes Golf Course which is rated the No.1 Public Golf Course in Alabama! There are coin laundromat facilities on site. The Resort Conference Center has resort style amenities on the areas quietest beaches of beautiful Fort Morgan.

NO SMOKING inside unit, on balcony or outside door of all condos. Smoking area is on the first floor in the middle of building.

* WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Each rental property is furnished with a starter set of paper products for your first night. This set includes one roll of paper towels, a small bottle of liquid dish soap, one powder dishwashing packet, one can liner

HOUSE RULES: Guest are emailed the Rental Agreement by Docusign and must be signed and filed by Primary Renter before Check-In Instructions are released. Guest responsible for Check-out procedures & leaving property in reasonable condition. NO Smoking/Vaping (Outside only). No animals/pets-NO EXCEPTIONS. No Parties-only registered guests allowed on property. Primary renter must be 25y/o & remain present for the duration of stay. Primary renter is responsible for group.

Damage waiver eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
Should any Aqua Vacations guest arrive to anything less, we ask that you inform us so that we may send our Guest Ambassador to take care of the issue immediately!
