I loved the location but some updates need to be done. The furniture is worn down and hard to sit on and the kitchen floor had a spot that is sinking. They may be doing the updates cause the condo next to us was being worked on.

The beach was great! We cannot say that about the room. The floor felt like it could collapse at any moment while we were there. With two small children this was a major concern/hazard. There was a piece of wire sticking through the wall in the living room. There was an also two wires sticking out if the ground outside by the sidewalk that we had to walk by and continuously keep telling our children to be careful, watch out. We feel as if we are spending the money we spent to stay at your facility we shouldn’t have encountered the issues we did. Oh one more thing. I replaced the filter in the air handler because it was disgusting.

The box springs under the mattress were broken making it impossible to not fall into the middle of get bed, and an even worse noise every time anyone moved. Actually slept in a living room chair the last night because it was so miserable. Microwave stopped working on the second day. No one offered to come fix it and it remains broken the rest of the week. Doesn’t do much good to have a condo to bring food to if can’t use the microwave. Beach chairs were broken so couldn’t take down to beach. Location was close to the beach. Swimming pools were nice. Overall, I wouldn’t stay here again because the property needs some updates in the room - mainly just things not to be broken and yet expected to still pay full price for broken furniture and appliances.

Booking and communicating with Aqua Vacations was easy and pleasant. Unfortunately, everything about the actual unit was a bust. From the day we arrived to a horrible smell (something sitting in the garbage disposal) to the roach on the den floor and the mouse droppings in the guest room, we regretted our decision picking this rental. They need to fire the cleaning crew and realize that amenities make a stay infinitely better (more toilet paper at the top of the list). WILL NOT COME BACK.

We had a wonderful time. The property was just as described.

The only thing that bothered me was the kitchen only had three forks. Tons of spoons and knives. The refrigerator was missing the glass at the bottom so it made it difficult to put many items in the refrigerator. We eat in a lot so it was kind of a pain. But you eat out it will not be a problem.

The location was great. The condo wasn’t clean, a huge hole in the ceiling where they started to repair a light and didn’t finish. Had to contact the company on two separate occasions and they didn’t follow up either time. We we’re not provided a key card to use the indoor pool and when we asked for it, they said they would get back to us.. never heard from them again. Do not recommend booking through Aqua Vacations.

We have had great experiences in the Fort Morgan area....when finding this condo we were expecting to have another great experience. This location did not fail us! Condo was clean, had all the amenities we needed. Location to both pools and boardwalk to the beach was great! Pool area & pool were very clean. Easy access to grocery stores and restaurants. Even took advantage of a sunset dolphin cruise!
