This spacious 4-bedroom, 3-bath home is designed for families and groups who want plenty of room to gather without giving up the outdoor experiences that make a beach vacation special. Walk to the beach, spend the afternoon around the pool, challenge the group to a putting competition, then relax together outdoors at the end of the day.

PRIVATE POOL + OUTDOOR LIVING
The backyard is made for vacation days. The private pool features a spacious tanning shelf with in-water loungers, while the private 3-hole putting green adds a little friendly competition between beach trips.
You'll also enjoy a covered outdoor living area, multiple decks and balconies, and plenty of outdoor space for the group to spread out.
Please note: The private pool is not heated. Water temperature varies depending on the season and outdoor weather conditions.

INSIDE THE HOME
The open living area offers comfortable seating, a fireplace and plenty of room to reconnect after a day in the sun.
The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, a Keurig, traditional 12-cup coffee maker, blender, toaster, cookware and everyday kitchen essentials. The dining table seats six, with additional seating for three at the breakfast bar.
