Definitely will not stay again

I like that this property is away from the hustle. The facilities were very clean; condo, pool, patio area, dock, everything outdoors is kept up very well. Bedding was comfortable. Love that this spot has a pool and bay view from balcony. It’s peaceful.
Only a few things to consider....This property doesn’t have across the street beach access so you have to get in your vehicle and park at public beach. When we first arrived at condo it had a strong mildew smell. We sprayed air freshener and kept AC low so it wasn’t noticeable after that. Owners may need to look into finding the source to address that issue. It didn’t ruin our stay though.

Nice place to grill and bunch of picnic tables to sit under shelter when raining or out of the sun. Pool needs a little repair on the outside but chairs in good shape around the pool. My condo 107 was really nice. Do need a pizza pan.

Great location, walking distance to beach and FloraBama. Quiet. The Condo was very clean and well organized. Fishing off the dock great views. Highly recommend.

Jubilee Landing if you want views of the beach, intracoastal, along with the pool. Great balcony lots of room to sit and enjoy the area. Close to restaurants, entertainment, and shopping. Unit was clean and stocked with anything you would want or need for a great girls weekend get a away or a family vacation.

We stay there for out first vacation trip and let me tell y’all! It was great! It was clean it beds were comfy kitchen was everything you need ! I just love this place! Definitely I would stay there again!

Pros: The location of the condo was amazing -- short drive to Gulfshores with an easy walk across the street to the beach. Beautiful views of the bay and some glimpses of the beach from the balcony. Property management company was also super great, and the check in process/key less entry is amazing.

Cons: The condo was still a little bit dirty despite having been cleaned. There also was not a broom that I could find, which would have been nice to sweep up sand. The bed was TERRIBLE. The king size meant we had plenty of space, but there are two actual slumps in the bed. You can see these just looking at the bed from the doorway, not to mention how extreme they feel when you lie down. It is simply worn out and needs to be replaced. The bed alone would make me reconsider purchasing a stay here.

We enjoyed our stay at Jubilee Landing. We love boat access and being on Old River. Aqua Vacations was very nice and tried to be very accomodating.

The unit is nicely updated other than the master bathroom which it just needed a good floor scrubbing. However ever surface from the kitchen counter to bathroom sinks tops & bedroom furniture had NOT been wiped or cleaned. Snuff spilled under sofa sleeper as well as on stuck on side of counter by trash can. The sofa sleeper stated it was new however it had a mattress pad cover that was soiled with fresh urine. I had to wash it myself before it could be used. Accidents happen of course & is no reflection on the unit itself. The cleaning service itself I'm not sure about. Also unit needs a broom & dust pan for easy sand cleanup. Like MOST if not all condo's in the whole area are under some level of construction.

Very, very nice condo, tastefully remodeled in an outstanding location. Great beach access within easy walking distance without the crowds. Clean, comfortable and a rental well worth the price. Aqua Vacations made renting and arrival very pleasant. Excellent communications and all questions answered promptly.

When we walked in the door the place was clean, smelled great, very roomy and nicely decorated. The balcony is large with a good area seating area and tit overlooks the pool. You have easy access across the road and through the dunes to the beach. The beach was not crowded in that area. In the late afternoon you can watch the boats come in the bay.

Overall experience was wonderful. Very peaceful. Easy access to beach. Quiet and family friendly.Unit was very clean and spacious. However mattresses were not comfortable.

So instead of helping me solve the issue they demanded I pull my boat out over Memorial holiday weekend. Super busy boating weekends. They never tried to accommodate us. Then sent nasty voicemails and email when I complained.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Jubilee Landing. Condo was beautiful with a view of the River and the gulf. The only complaint I had was the King mattress in the master bedroom desperately needs to be replaced. You can feel the springs and it rolls to the center of the bed.

Stay was great only issue was a/c went out It was replaced next day. The other issue was no WiFi and the cable company never came to fix. This was outside of their control. Overall I would come back management accommodated me for the ac and no WiFi and thought it was fair.

Great stay. Great condo. The development needs to clearly mark the front parking lot as an overflow parking for paying guests.

Dana is always so helpful with my stay ,we stayed in Jubilee Landing as always the condo is always so well kept an the Nabors are so friendly can't wait till next year!

When we arrived at our condo, we had to wait an hour and a half to be allowed to get into the unit because it was still be cleaned. Our check was supposed to be 4:00 and it wasn't until 5:30 before we could enter. The unit showed much more wear than the pictures. The dishes weren't clean in the cabinets. The DVD player in the living room didn't work, and the cable would go out of service, hours at a time. To top it all off, when I got home, it's became apparent that my fathers credit card had been hacked. The only purchase that had been made in the last month, was through your website to secure payment.

We love everything about the place & the condo-except a few things-it was not dusted thoroughly. The walls in the master bedroom were covered in dust as well as the lamp shades & baseboards. There were several lights/lamps they did not have light bulbs or did not work. Other than those few items we enjoyed our stay in 107. The check in-out process was easy to do & the one making reservations was super helpful. We are planning on a return trip next June &
will stay at Juvilee Landing again. Orange Beach will our new stop not going back to FL. ??

We enjoyed the condo. It was very close to the beach, and the view of the river was wonderful. The condo was spacious, quiet, and well maintained.
