This place was very nice and spacious. My only criticism would be that It’s not easy access to beach. The only access is across the highway, and it was roped off so could not enter. Other than that place was great.

This was our 3rd time to stay at jubilee landing and we have loved it every time!

Our second time to Jubilee Landing, first at this unit. It was great. No issues. Perfect spot to rent with our boat. We will rent here again.

Our condo at Jubilee Landing was very nice. It was very clean and fully stocked. The pool was very nice too. Also the free admissions package to some of the areas amenities was great. The property was as advertised. We did not use the beach across the street so don’t know how that was. It was a very busy street. There are many beaches and all are nice. We found the Gulf State beach had chairs and umbrellas for rent which was great. We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation. I would definitely recommend this property.

I was there for a convention with extra days for fishing. I found the beach access very convenient and the available beach great for fishing and playing. The backwaters fishing was not what I had hoped because access to the outer dock is not available to renters. Inside was nice with comfortable beds. A musty odor was present the first 2-3 days but then left. I would be glad to use the room again.

Great balcony to watch boat traffic up and down bay and the beach is right across the street on the other side. We will definitely stay here again!

This was our third time to stay at Jubilee landing. We love the location. Close to beach ,food and we can fish off the pier.
My only suggestion would be to put blinds or curtains on the bedroom door that leads to the balcony.
Condo was clean and appliances looked like new.

This was not our first trip to this property but was the first time to stay in this unit. It’s well furnished and has everything you need for your stay. However - the unit was not clean. The refrigerator was dirty, drawers and cabinets not clean, bathrooms were not wiped down - dust and dirt, comforter on the bed was visibly dirty. While I love the property, I will not stay in this unit again.

The place and view were great. Had one small issue the night I arrived with a toilet not flushing (chain rusted and broke - no big deal). They came out the next morning and fixed it. Fast service/response. Would definitely stay again.

We originally booked Jubilee Landing 302 with its bayfront view and looks of the condo itself. Day of arriving I noticed on my email it said Julibee Landing 207. When I asked about it I was told 302 had been sold. Not sure why the condo was up for rental if it was even up for sale.

Clean and a great location. Just across the street from the beach. Great for 2 couples or single family. Sunsets on the porch(with a rum punch).

The stay was great. The condo was very nice and clean. The only thing is that the storm door was not secured into the wood panel and the door holders came off. I feel this should be fixed before rented out again.

Unit 207 is a piece of paradise! The unit is just as it is described and offers views of the bayside and the gulf. My family fit perfectly for our stay and the kitchen was well stocked for the nights that we cooked. We had our boat and pulling in and out of our boat slip was a breeze. We enjoyed cruising around and hung out at several different spots including Robinson Island, Wharf, Flora-Bama, Pirate’s Cove, Lulu’s and Tacky Jack’s; where the kiddos went to parasail and the adults enjoyed a Bushwhacker! We even took the boat over to Pensacola and caught the Blue Angels, that was an amazing show; LOUD, but super cool and the whole family loved it! From the absolutely gorgeous water to floating in the pool, night cruises and sunsets; we had an incredible family vacation! I highly recommend this unit for anyone seeking out a family oriented rental and a piece of paradise; that is literally in the middle of everything.

Jubilee Landing is a terrific location for beach, ocean, and river views. The property is clean with nice amenities - pool, marina, grills, and seating area near the marina.

Great place! Quiet and not overcrowded. Beach is just across the street with not very many people. Management was wonderful.

Fantastic location and a very nice condo. Only thing I would change is the very limited parking.

My wife and our 2 daughters had a great time staying at Jubilee Landings!! We were moved into condo #203 and really enjoyed it. Dana was amazing and always answered my questions and helped me with whatever we needed. The location is great!!

The condo was wonderful! It felt just like being at Nana's house with a beachy twist. I fully intend to book again next May. Conveniently located to restaurants and right across from the beach! The lock boxes were definitely great- no keeping up with keys. I already miss the phenomenal balcony.

We really ejoyed our first visit to Orange beach. It is a beautiful place with lots of nice places to eat and shop. This rental was fantastic! It has a great view of both the bay and the gulf. The kitchen was very well stocked. The living room furniture was extremely comfortable with three reclining seats. Everyone was so friendly. The rental company was extremely helpful and made the rental process so convenient. They even bought my husband a birthday card and cake as we were celebrating his 50th. The building is right on the bay and has boat slips and docks. Be sure to bring your fishing pole. The building has elevators and luggage carts which makes it super easy to load and unload your stuff. The only drawback is that the beach is a short walk through the parking lot, accross a 5 lane street, and down a little beach path. We would definitely stay there again.

Everything about our family stay at jubilee was great! The condo wAs beautiful and very clean. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was clean, view was beautiful especially at sunset. It's only a two minute walk to the beach. The pool is small but perfect for our liking, never got over crowded. Our favorite hangout is cobalts and it was only a 2 minute drive!!! Only downfall is i felt the owners of other condos were rude. I assume the owners get annoyed with renters. With all that being said I give this rental 5 stars!!!!!I will def be booking again! Also, the agency whom rented it out made everything so simple. They even let us do an early check in with out any problem. Couldn't be happier!!!
