Overall, this was a great stay. The place was very clean and in excellent shape. Some of the arrival and parking instructions confused me a little, but the rental management staff was very professional and answered the phone every time I had a question. The location is great. It's outside of Gulf Shores, making it less crowded and there is a Dollar store down the road that has everything. If you want to go into town to eat or shop, it is only a 20-minute drive. There are multiple tennis courts available for use. There are many pools and hot tubs available around the building and around the Gulf Shores Plantation Building next door. Direct access to the beach is also a major plus. My family will definitely hopes to come back to this one.

Two Bedroom Two Bath condo on the beach was very clean and comfortable upon arrival. Even though located on the side of the building, the view was great. It was a short walk down the pier to the beach. Plenty of Umbrellas w/chairs to rent. At night, the bed was very comfortable. The response from the lease office was quick when we had questions. No problems arrose during our stay. We do recommend this condo as a Do Over.

Nice condo, nice side view of the gulf. Kitchen nicely supplied. Surface look it is clean but could use a deep clean, oven & oven racks, kitchen cupboards inside & out.
Would recommend providing bath mat in each bath. Tile slippery with wet feet upon getting g out of shower.
Felt property office staff would rather be elsewhere than being at the office. Guard gate staff helpful & friendly. Opposite of condo office person.

The location is great! Beach access was close. Beach was clean and not over crowded with soft sand. On site restaurant was good but pricey. Close Dollar General was used a lot. Furniture and decor was great except bathrooms were outdated. Room was clean on arrival, but twice we saw roaches in the kitchen. This would be the only reason that I would not return to this unit. We parasailed and visited the nearby Track for kids activities. I never spoke to owner. Dealt with on site office when I needed to change stay dates. I don’t know how easy it would have been to contact owners. I booked through Expedia app.

Very simple and easy checkin process. Condo was in great shape with nothing missing or damaged. Everything was in clean order and we'll stocked for everything you might need in a condo.

This place is perfect for a beach-bum getaway and not too far from ocean excursions or the city life attractions. We ordered groceries from the store and the condo had everything we needed to cook meals. The condo has all the amenities needed to hide out, surf the net and binge-watch shows. We never needed the staff, but they were just a text, phone call or email away. There’s a decent view of the beach from the condo and we were able to see the Blue Angels practice over the beach from the deck. Pack your beach gear and a cooler in a cart, lock up your electronics in the condo and it’s less than a 5 minute walk to the beach. Catch the sunrise and sunsets over the beach, don’t forget the view of the moon and hunt the sand crabs on the beach in the moonlight for fun/free entertainment! This place is the perfect beach-bum getaway!

Condo was great. View was amazing. Felt just like home. We enjoyed all the pools the resort had to offer. Beach was amazing, and not a long walk. Used the laundromat downstairs, liked how it was Inside the main building and it took credit cards so didn't need to have change. Just an over all great place. Dollar store 5 minutes down the road that sold groceries. Town was a short 20 minute drive.

For the price i would not go back, elevator and hallway smelt like mold, paid replacement key for hot tub never got it, went to office twice the lady waa no help said ahe would contact me after Aqua brought it to her that was tuesday we left saturday with no word, only enough towels for 4 people not 5, condo not to clean when we arrived, cigerette butts on balcony, ice maker didnt work. Weather was great. If your gonna gauge people with the price make sure you have what it takes to offer.

We had a great trip! Loved having the variety of outdoor pools/indoor pool and of course right in the beach! Easy walk to beach. Condo was clean. Had great amenities. Would go back!

Overall we enjoyed our stay and place was well maintained. We did call maintenance to let them know the screw door fell off the track but we never received a call back. We would have also liked to have been told about the sports rental equipment available and all the pools available, but only found out from another guest.
