This spacious 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom Gulf-front retreat offers over 3,000 square feet of private living space, breathtaking Gulf views, and direct access to the sugar-white sand. No packing up the car or searching for beach parking — the beach is right outside your door!
Spend your mornings enjoying coffee on the beachfront balcony, afternoons relaxing by one of Morgantown's two community pools, and evenings making memories with family and friends. You'll also enjoy tennis and pickleball courts, a kiddie pool, and a peaceful coastal neighborhood.
Shiloh Beach House is a duplex, and your reservation includes the entire private Side A, complete with its own living spaces, beachfront balconies, and private elevator. Side B is a separate accommodation.
The Space
Inside, you'll find a bright, spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and comfortable dining areas perfect for gathering after a day at the beach. Expansive Gulf-front balconies offer beautiful views and plenty of space to relax, while the private elevator makes transporting luggage and groceries between levels easy.

This is the 3rd time weve stayed at this house and you couldn't ask for anything more!! we have 6 adults and 8 grandkids there and we always have the time of our lives for a week! We've even got to know the owner and they are the greatest people you could ever meet! Highly recommend this stay for anyone who loves some privacy and relaxacation! You'll never get tired of the ocean and beach being right outside the door!!!

What a fantastic property. We had a wonderful stay at Shiloh. Perfect location, room for the whole family. The house was very spacious and in excellent condition. Walk down the back steps straight onto the beach.

The property was very nice and so convenient for our family to have a relaxing beach week. The property overall deserves five stars. The only four-star review for the check-in process is due to a small issue with the door code and not having enough bathroom towels for the number of guests initially. The door code was not correct on the email I received. We were able to get in after a phone call to the company. On this call, we were told they had sent a different email prior to the check-in email with the correct code, but I never found that email. The property management company had towels dropped off the same day that I requested more. All other questions we had were answered by the property management company very quickly. We enjoyed our stay and would rent here again.

It was great. Communication was excellent from the time Aqua Vacations purchasing our rental property and took over. And when the property wasn't ready for us to arrive due to ongoing construction, Dana and her team found us a more than suitable replacement, an upgrade even! What a surprise!
