We absolutely loved the closeness to the beach, restaurants, shops, etc.You can see a little sliver of the beach between two palm trees, so I wouldn’t say “Beachview.” The building is quite ran down. It definitely could use some updates. We loved the location, but just know when it turns about 8 you will feel like you are at a concert. The Hangout is right across the street and they play live music. The sound does come through the walls so beware if you have littles or plan to sleep at a certain time. The property was “clean”, but not as clean as I would like. You definitely saw dust all over the kitchen amenities. If you looked under anything, you would find old trash from previous guests. The stay was not terrible, but out of all the places we have stayed this would be ranked the lowest. My husband and I noticed that there was no “gift” when we arrived. Normally, there is a little gift basket with some snacks awaiting our arrival. This definitely felt more like a hotel. I would say it’s like a hotel room, but smaller. Compared to other places, the price was on the lower side. Overall, our stay fit our needs, but there is some work that could be done.

We stayed at Beachview Condos quite a few times and as always, their condo are very clean. Located just across the street from The Hangout & the beach. It was a great location for going to the Shrimp Festival.

The location of this property is great for all things Gulf Shores and Orange Beach. It could definitely be upgraded and the couch should be replaced. Otherwise, It was clean and met our needs for a place to sleep and shower.

This was the perfect getaway for my husband and I. We were located right in the middle of everything we needed. We never had to drive anywhere for food, dollar store, gift shops, live entertainment and best of all the beach. It’s the perfect stay for 2!

A perfect little condo for a quick weekend getaway. Centrally located & right in the action, public beach access right across the street and tons of restaurants within walking distance.

Location was perfect. Walking distance to beach and restaurants. Unit was small as described. There was an odor in the hallway...could tell the building experienced water damage in the past.

Perfect location for anytime of the year. The studio was clean, nice and will use again.

This was a perfect spot for a girls getaway! Close to stores, restaurants and a short walk to the beach. We will definitely come back!

The price was right for us and it was in a great location. All the updates were cute. Everything was within walking distance and the beach across the street.The fan had about 1” of dust and the artificial plant was very dusty, there was a ton of hair in the shower drain before any of us showered. We did run out of toilet paper and had to buy some. It would have been nice to have a broom to sweep up sand.

Overall very good, but two issues, no extra toilet paper and dark mold in corners of shower. Will use again, management company was great.

The room was way too small, no hot water in the shower and 1 roll of toilet paper for 3 ppl. Every time you rolled over in the bed it would creak. The walls are to thin can hear everything going on around you. Not an experience I would like to have again. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Loved our stay here. Our TV and a lamp did not work, but that was never an issue because the location of this place is so great you will spend all your time out on the town or at the beach

studio was nicely decorated and updated. Photo's do not give justice to just how nice this condo is! We parking and walked to the beach, restaurants and also some shopping. We will be coming back! Aqua Vacations was so helpful from check in to check out and where to go!
