We are locals who did a staycation. The location is perfect for fishing and boating. It’s also within walking distance to the Flora-Bama. The only complaint I have is the hot water would never work in the kitchen.

overall, we enjoyed the stay.
However, my wife was horrified at the lack of cleaning in the rooms, especially the floors.
I bought a swiffer, and it took 5-6 pads before they stopped being black from dirt.
We actually found sand in the bed linens of the 2nd bedroom, so obviously, they were not laundered.
There were also some maintenance items that were not attended to. (specifically, the master bedroom screen door was rusted and rotted to the point that it was not usable).
Other than those things, we liked the room and the view.

We had a great vacation at Jubilee Landing. Very roomy, nice pool, and access to beach (you do have to cross the street) There were a few things that could have been cleaner. The pull out bed had melted chocolate Reese’s on the sheets, the king size bed had dirty foot prints on the sheets which leads me to believe they were not changed from the previous guest. They were also clothes in the drawers from previous guest. Some other small things but it seemed to me it is the cleaning crew that fell short. Overall we had a great vacation but it could have been cleaner.

The condo was very very dirty. When we arrived the condo was noticeably unclean. There was hair in the bathroom, sand and a used soap bar in the shower. We had to clean the condo ourselves. The check-in process was completely useless and took us an extra hour through the main traffic area-only to get a keyless entry code and a parking pass. The washer broke and had to be repaired during our stay. We loved Jubilee Landing and the beach but very dissatisfied with the cleanliness and how it was addressed and resolved.

What a beautiful choice we made by staying here. The property was very easy the find, the rooms were clean and the location was so awesome by sitting on the bay side and walk across the road for the beach.

We have stayed at Jubilee Landing around 20 years. Never had an issue until this year. Very dirty condo. Nasty bathrooms. Dog hair all over back balcony

The rental was very clean! It has a patio facing the bay. Made for some beautiful sunsets. And lots of beautiful houses and boats to see. The only complaint I can give is you pay a pretty penny to stay and finding a parking spot is hard to do. I counted over 30/40 units but only 20 parking spots. You are only allowed one car because of this issue. There’s a huge empty, grassy lot next to the units they should invest in more parking.

We was very pleased with the location. We had the beach to ourselves most of the time. And the balcony views was wonderful. We will definitely be back.

We normally stay in Panama City , but we were looking for a more relaxing, low key atmosphere. We loved our stay at jubilee landing. The room was just as it was pictured on the website. It was clean , and well stocked. We loved that we could hang out and fish at the pier and also were 5 minutes to the beach. The complex was very homey and comfortable. We will definitely come back !

The condo is in a fairly quiet location. The WiFi did not work and the master bath could use a little updating. There was no trash can in the master bath and the toilet paper is terrible, bring your own. The views are pretty from the balcony. The bed was comfy. We utilized the fish cleaning station, which is a plus.

This was our 2nd stay at Jubilee Landing & we had a wonderful time on our vacation. The condo was spotless & perfect for our family. The Keurig coffee maker was a bonus for us & we really appreciated it. I had to contact the manager for a minor issue but she was on top of it immediately so no worries there. I noticed previous reviews about the parking but we had no issues at all. The condo was stocked with absolutely everything you could possibly need for a perfect vacation. The pool was perfect & well kept up just as last year so many kudos for that. I have absolutely no complaints for our stay because the condo has much more than you expect for a vacation rental. We will definitely be coming back for another stay & I would recommend this rental to anyone with no worries at all. Thank you Dana for helping us to enjoy our perfect 2018 vacation!!!

Our room was nice and the docks was perfect for fishing. We never had a parking spot. Looked to be 50-60 rooms in the complex but only 20 parking spots unless you are a owner. We had to park out by the road every night.

I have always tried to stay beachfront, but this unit and location were such a great change of pace. Watching the boats going up and down Ole River was so peaceful. The unit was beautifully appointed and had everything we needed. Will definitely consider this one again.

We had a wonderful time at Jubilee Landing Unit 203. The Condo had all the amenities we were looking for and we loved the beautiful Beach Decor. My husband especially enjoyed fishing for Trout from the pier! From the balcony, we enjoyed beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Absolutely breathtaking!! We will definitely be back!

The rental was nice. A suggestion is to leave additional pillow cases in unit for the additional pillows.
The king bed mattress has several dips and lumps in it. Consider replacing in near future. Beautiful place.

Aqua Vacations was great to work through and the condo we rented was perfect! It was clean, the view is amazing. We spent hours sitting on the deck watching the boats. AquaVacations made everything easy and efficient. We will definitely rent here again.

Awesome

We had a wonderful time at Jubilee Landing despite the storm that came to visit. We felt safe & secure with no worries as we stayed at the condo. It was well worth it because after the storm we were able to take our grandson to a real beach for the first time. The condo was stocked with everything we needed & it had plenty of room for us. We enjoyed the pool as which was amazing & well kept. The self check-in & check-out was very convenient. Overall our vacation was wonderful there. I would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a beautiful vacation home!!

The overall location was nice but the home itself was dirty! Upon arriving and checking the home out we found hair on all the sheets and in one bedroom there was blood on the covers, I immediately got my kids and went to a local hotel because I refused to stay there that night. I also emailed and called every number I was provided and no one reached out until the next day and when I did talk to someone her response was “so what do you want done to the home” as if she didn’t receive all my emails, text messages and voicemails. All the bedding got changed but upon check out we were checking to make sure nothing was left behind and looked under the bed and there was an old McDonald’s bag, a piece of sausage and empty candy packet under the bed, I was extremely mad due to the fact there is an cleaning fee associated with the rental property and the property was dirty. The owner never apologized or anything I will never rent here again

We wanted a short get away with the family and this villa was perfect for us. Clean, convenient location to the beach, OWA, and restaurants and comfortable. It was private. Everyone loved the pool. We felt safe here. We will be back.

Our stay was great. Location was great. Everything was clean, and easy, quick access to both gulf shores and orange beach. Will definitely stay here again.

The house was very cute and in a great location. It was close to the beach and The Wharf. The bed in the main bedroom was harder than the floor, we didn’t sleep well at all. The cleanliness of the house was not what I expected, wear shoes because after walking around the house for a bit your feet will be black. The house was furnished beautifully. There were some general upkeep things that need to be performed; broken trash can, broken knob to laundry closet, and many dings stuff in the wall by one of the recliners. The main bathroom vent fan was so caked with dust and debris you wouldn’t know what color it was suppose to be, I had to clean it. Overall though, it was a good place to stay.
