This was a lovely home. We had everything we needed. My only wish is that Rookery III had a hot tub like I and II.

We had a wonderful stay with our multi generational family. Home was very clean and well organized with fun beach decor. The only issues we had were very minor and we easily adjusted (only 5 forks for 6 people and a cracked wine glass). I would definitely recommend this place and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

This place was awesome! Very clean and updated! When we had an issue the maintenance people were out fixing our problem within 30 mins! Couldn't be more happy with our stay! Very nice vacation rental!!

We incurred problems with the dryer. It was unclear as to what we were suppose to do with the water in the pan, etc. It was making too much condensation.
There were not enough wine glasses and dinner knives.
Porch light was not working.
Front door knob was causing problems.

We had a wonderful experience. The resort was wonderful and very family friendly. We had a family of 8 staying in this room and had plenty of space. The pools and trolley here were also phenomenal. I will be staying at this same room (hopefully!) the next time my family goes to Orange Beach! I highly recommend this room for a family!

Condo that was suppose to sleep 14 only slept 11. No pull out couches existed. We made it work but if you list pull out couches there should be pull out couches.

The condo was beautiful! My daughter and her friends LOVED the bunk room. It was great to have so much to do with kids contained into one place. The heated indoor pools were awesome as the kids were back in forth on the slides since it was a bit chilly. We will stay again for sure. The unit has views of the ICW and Gulf.

The property was very pretty and everything was in working order. My complaints are- the master bath had mildew in the shower and a slight sewage odor for the course of the stay. The bedroom that has an attached bath in it, the shower curtain had mildew. The couch although very pretty and comfortable was dirty and had alot of stains on it. Then upon leaving you are asked to put the key cards under the outdoor mat which we did and double checked more than once. I was charged a 50 dollar fee because they said the cards were not there! We know when we left they were! If that happened to everyone alot of money could be made cause it is your word against theirs! I called and they said they would review camera footage to see if they were stolen but I have not heard a word back!

Our family had an amazing time. Look forward to coming back.

Caribe is a great resort. Very kid friendly. The room was nice except both bathtubs did not drain. We notified maintenance numerous times but never showed up to fix the issue. The workers at the Marina were rude and gave incorrect information regarding when we could purchase live bait. It would also be helpful to know in advance that you cannot place umbrellas/tents on the pier while fishing.

I had a group of 12 women and we stayed in a 4 bedroom condo. We were told we could only bring 2 cars. I felt this was crazy considering the size of our condo and the amount of people in our party. When we arrived, we quickly learned one of the sofa beds was broken, the dishwasher was broken and the light was not working in the master bedroom closet. When I called to report this I was told, "oh, we knew about the sofa bed - and while I have you on the phone let me tell you about the dishwasher." SHOCKING to me. You knew these things were broken. You knew we were coming for our vacation. Yet, you left them broken. DISSAPPOINTING. The lazy river was not open and available either. DISSAPOINTING. The "hot tub" was NOT HOT. Overall, very disappointed with our stay facilities.

Overall, our family had a great time, especially my 3 year old grandson. There were a few issues in the condo that need to be addressed--ice maker had mold inside that was addressed by another guest a few months ago, master bathtub jets didn't work, some cookware not cleaned by previous guests, sofas sit too low for older guests who have trouble getting up.

The Caribe Resort is an exceptional property! It's well layed out and maintained. The resort staff always smiles and say "hi". We have been wintering in the G.S./Orange Beach area for 12 years and this is our favorite spot. The only down side to our stay was some of the pools and the lazy river were down for maintenance for part of the winter. Early in our stay we had several questions for Aqua Vacations. They quickly and professionally responded to our needs. We felt like they really cared about us. What a great stay!

Overall decent experience. Not exactly what we'd expected for location or cleanliness, but still a decent place. condo has a lot of minor repairs needed that a handyman could (and should) fix. Bathrooms were nice, but one repeatedly needed a plunger, one shower held water and there was previous visitors hairs in every bathroom. Kitchen was decently equipped, but be prepared to handwash dishes or use paper products. They only provide one roll of everything per area and make sure you get hand soap! The beach areas and dining options (besides the one on site) are all driving, not really walking. The outside spaces were amazing! Unfortunately, it was chilly, so we spent more time inside the condo than anticipated. Overall a good experience, i think maybe the unit itself needs a good deep cleaning and some minor repairs to get a great review. I would recommend the property, but not unit B510.

We found Caribe B-510 to be spacious and generally clean, but it had a significant problem with the refrigerator/freezer, and several other wear and tear problems. Also, the VRBO description was deceptive in that the guest room beds are listed as queen and king size, which they are not. They are both full size. None of the couches are hide-a-bed, so I don't know how it is possible to sleep 14 people here unless you bring your own air mattress.
The biggest problem was that the refrigerator and freezer are not cooling properly. They are set to the coldest setting, but only the lower sections are getting sufficiently cool. Ice cream placed in the upper part of the freezer was found melted. This needs to be fixed ASAP before someone gets food poisoning.
There are a number of wear and tear issues that need to be addressed:
-The living room couch closest to the wall with the TV is falling apart, needs to be replaced.
- The toilet seat in the hall bathroom is loose from the toilet, needs to be replaced.
- There is a light bulb out in the guest room closest to the front door.
- The curtain in the guest room with balcony access has curtain rings missing.
- The upper kitchen cabinet to the right of the refrigerator has a broken hinge.
- All of the inner shower curtains were nasty, need to be replaced.
- The inside of the icemaker needs cleaning.
- The kitchen trash can foot pedal doesn't work, can needs to be replaced.

Had a great time. I did have to call maintenane but they never called me back. The light switch in the master bath didn't work and the freezer in the frig did not freeze well. Other than that, everything was good.

Messaged the host twice with questions before trip but no response. Nice condo but needs a little maintenance such as vent cover was off showing tons of stuff in the duct in one of the bathrooms. One kitchen cabinet was off the hinges. Freezer did not freeze our food all the way form some reason. I reported this after checking out because none of our food ruined, just didn't freeze well such as ice cream for the grandkids. Pull out couch in living room frame has been wired and is not in the best shape. Frame seemed bent so we didn't sleep on it. Didn't seem safe. Cleaning crew before we arrived didn't do the best job but it wasn't horrible. Balcony was written all over with colored chalk that wasn't removed but I did let someone know that we didn't do it. Resort itself had a few things that were not working but I know that is out of control for the condo
owner. You do seem to get different information on things from the security gate and front desk depending on if you booked using vrbo like we did or if you book straight thru Caribe. One example was extra parking. Any questions we had the front desk could not answer because we didn't book thru them. When asking how extra parking worked the host mentioned extra parking that would be $15 a day for our children who would be joining us but we found out that anyone can park at the resort for $25 a car for your entire stay which is a whole lot cheaper. Resort is very nice though with tons of options for everyone. One indoor pool area was extremely hot. Maybe a ventilation problem, not sure. The splash pad was not working either along with some elevators not working. We would try it again for sure though. Close to lots of places to eat and things to do. The trolley to the beach was really good.

The rental was spacious. There were a few things I didn't like. There was no keurig as mentioned in description. Also the pots for cooking were awful. I use Pam in them and they still stuck. There was mold in the ice maker and some of the pillows in the guess room need to be replaced. Also some of the countertop appliances had rust on them. Other than the place was great and spacious.

We've been spending our last 12 winters in the Gulf Shores/Orange Beach area. Caribe Resort, unit B510 is a great place. The unit is quite spacious and well maintained. The view is amazing. The entire property is constantly being cleaned by friendly staff. Caribe is located very near to countless restaurants and many shopping experiences. We have recommended Caribe and Aqua Vacations to our friends. We had a slight problem finding a spot for our utility trailer when we arrived. Aqua Vacations jumped in and solved our problem immediately! Both B510 and Aqua Vacations surpassed our expectations. Overall, our experience was great.

We traveled in a group of 13, 7 kids and 6 adults. We had more than enough space and such a great time. OUr Condo was clean and roomy. All of the pools and hot tubs were great as well. My 2 year old nephews favorite was the "Trolley" that took us back and forth to the beach everyday! Everyone was extremely nice and helpful! Thank you for helping make this trip amazing!

Nice unit lacked a non stick pan for cooking. Would have been nice, light and fan not working on oven, did not call for service did not want to be inconvenienced with dodging maintenance workers, the docks were closed and this was never mentioned. Very nice size unit and plenty of room and location was excellent. The $25.00 parking passes seems excessive for everyone unit, you should get at least two passes with rental of a 3 bedroom unit. Overall a nice place and we would rent again.

We stayed at the Caribe Resort for the last week of 2020 and we couldn't have been more satisfied with our vacation rental. The condo was laid out perfectly,plenty of room for everyone and a spectacular view of the gulf and the bay. What a joy to wake up every morning and look out across the beautiful gulf of Mexico. This was our 2nd trip to Gulf Shores/Orange Beach in 2020,and we are making plans to return. I highly recommend to anyone wanting to get away to travel to Alabama. You won't be disappointed!

We started off a little rocky, but it did get better. The whole sale a week and half before our trip made it stressful before we even arrived. There were a couple of things that did not work and of all places the kids room which is where we really would have liked them to work. The cable box was not activated and the dvd player did not work. For the price we paid, we should not have had that problem. The location and grounds were nice. We enjoyed that very much.
