We incurred problems with the dryer. It was unclear as to what we were suppose to do with the water in the pan, etc. It was making too much condensation.
There were not enough wine glasses and dinner knives.
Porch light was not working.

We had a wonderful experience. The resort was wonderful and very family friendly. We had a family of 8 staying in this room and had plenty of space. The pools and trolley here were also phenomenal. The condo was beautiful! My daughter and her friends LOVED the bunk room. It was great to have so much to do with kids contained into one place. The heated indoor pools were awesome as the kids were back in forth on the slides since it was a bit chilly. We will stay again for sure. The unit has views of the ICW and Gulf.

We've been spending our last 12 winters in the Gulf Shores/Orange Beach area. Caribe Resort, unit B510 is a great place. The unit is quite spacious and well maintained. The view is amazing. The entire property is constantly being cleaned by friendly staff. Caribe is located very near to countless restaurants and many shopping experiences. We have recommended Caribe and Aqua Vacations to our friends. We had a slight problem finding a spot for our utility trailer when we arrived. Aqua Vacations jumped in and solved our problem immediately! Both B510 and Aqua Vacations surpassed our expectations. Overall, our experience was great.

Nice unit lacked a non stick pan for cooking. Would have been nice, light and fan not working on oven, did not call for service did not want to be inconvenienced with dodging maintenance workers, the docks were closed and this was never mentioned. Very nice size unit and plenty of room and location was excellent. The $25.00 parking passes seems excessive for everyone unit, you should get at least two passes with rental of a 3 bedroom unit. Overall a nice place and we would rent again.

We traveled in a group of 13, 7 kids and 6 adults. We had more than enough space and such a great time. OUr Condo was clean and roomy. All of the pools and hot tubs were great as well. My 2 year old nephews favorite was the "Trolley" that took us back and forth to the beach everyday! Everyone was extremely nice and helpful! Thank you for helping make this trip amazing!

Messaged the host twice with questions before trip but no response. Nice condo but needs a little maintenance such as vent cover was off showing tons of stuff in the duct in one of the bathrooms. One kitchen cabinet was off the hinges. Freezer did not freeze our food all the way form some reason. I reported this after checking out because none of our food ruined, just didn't freeze well such as ice cream for the grandkids. Pull out couch in living room frame has been wired and is not in the best shape. Frame seemed bent so we didn't sleep on it. Didn't seem safe. Cleaning crew before we arrived didn't do the best job but it wasn't horrible. Balcony was written all over with colored chalk that wasn't removed but I did let someone know that we didn't do it. Resort itself had a few things that were not working but I know that is out of control for the condo
owner. You do seem to get different information on things from the security gate and front desk depending on if you booked using vrbo like we did or if you book straight thru Caribe. One example was extra parking. Any questions we had the front desk could not answer because we didn't book thru them. When asking how extra parking worked the host mentioned extra parking that would be $15 a day for our children who would be joining us but we found out that anyone can park at the resort for $25 a car for your entire stay which is a whole lot cheaper. Resort is very nice though with tons of options for everyone. One indoor pool area was extremely hot. Maybe a ventilation problem, not sure. The splash pad was not working either along with some elevators not working. We would try it again for sure though. Close to lots of places to eat and things to do. The trolley to the beach was really good.

The Caribe Resort is an exceptional property! It's well layed out and maintained. The resort staff always smiles and say "hi". We have been wintering in the G.S./Orange Beach area for 12 years and this is our favorite spot. The only down side to our stay was some of the pools and the lazy river were down for maintenance for part of the winter. Early in our stay we had several questions for Aqua Vacations. They quickly and professionally responded to our needs. We felt like they really cared about us. What a great stay!

We found Caribe B-510 to be spacious and generally clean, but it had a significant problem with the refrigerator/freezer, and several other wear and tear problems. Also, the VRBO description was deceptive in that the guest room beds are listed as queen and king size, which they are not. They are both full size. None of the couches are hide-a-bed, so I don't know how it is possible to sleep 14 people here unless you bring your own air mattress.
The biggest problem was that the refrigerator and freezer are not cooling properly. They are set to the coldest setting, but only the lower sections are getting sufficiently cool. Ice cream placed in the upper part of the freezer was found melted. This needs to be fixed ASAP before someone gets food poisoning.
There are a number of wear and tear issues that need to be addressed:
-The living room couch closest to the wall with the TV is falling apart, needs to be replaced.
- The toilet seat in the hall bathroom is loose from the toilet, needs to be replaced.
- There is a light bulb out in the guest room closest to the front door.
- The curtain in the guest room with balcony access has curtain rings missing.
- The upper kitchen cabinet to the right of the refrigerator has a broken hinge.
- All of the inner shower curtains were nasty, need to be replaced.
- The inside of the icemaker needs cleaning.
- The kitchen trash can foot pedal doesn't work, can needs to be replaced.

The rental was spacious. There were a few things I didn't like. There was no keurig as mentioned in description. Also the pots for cooking were awful. I use Pam in them and they still stuck. There was mold in the ice maker and some of the pillows in the guess room need to be replaced. Also some of the countertop appliances had rust on them. Other than the place was great and spacious.

Overall decent experience. Not exactly what we'd expected for location or cleanliness, but still a decent place. condo has a lot of minor repairs needed that a handyman could (and should) fix. Bathrooms were nice, but one repeatedly needed a plunger, one shower held water and there was previous visitors hairs in every bathroom. Kitchen was decently equipped, but be prepared to handwash dishes or use paper products. They only provide one roll of everything per area and make sure you get hand soap! The beach areas and dining options (besides the one on site) are all driving, not really walking. The outside spaces were amazing! Unfortunately, it was chilly, so we spent more time inside the condo than anticipated. Overall a good experience, i think maybe the unit itself needs a good deep cleaning and some minor repairs to get a great review. I would recommend the property, but not unit B510.

Overall, our family had a great time, especially my 3 year old grandson. There were a few issues in the condo that need to be addressed--ice maker had mold inside that was addressed by another guest a few months ago, master bathtub jets didn't work, some cookware not cleaned by previous guests, sofas sit too low for older guests who have trouble getting up.

I had a group of 12 women and we stayed in a 4 bedroom condo. We were told we could only bring 2 cars. I felt this was crazy considering the size of our condo and the amount of people in our party. When we arrived, we quickly learned one of the sofa beds was broken, the dishwasher was broken and the light was not working in the master bedroom closet. When I called to report this I was told, "oh, we knew about the sofa bed - and while I have you on the phone let me tell you about the dishwasher." SHOCKING to me. You knew these things were broken. You knew we were coming for our vacation. Yet, you left them broken. DISSAPPOINTING. The lazy river was not open and available either. DISSAPOINTING. The "hot tub" was NOT HOT. Overall, very disappointed with our stay facilities.

The property was very pretty and everything was in working order. My complaints are- the master bath had mildew in the shower and a slight sewage odor for the course of the stay. The bedroom that has an attached bath in it, the shower curtain had mildew. The couch although very pretty and comfortable was dirty and had alot of stains on it. Then upon leaving you are asked to put the key cards under the outdoor mat which we did and double checked more than once. I was charged a 50 dollar fee because they said the cards were not there! We know when we left they were! If that happened to everyone alot of money could be made cause it is your word against theirs! I called and they said they would review camera footage to see if they were stolen but I have not heard a word back!

Caribe is a great resort. Very kid friendly. The room was nice except both bathtubs did not drain. We notified maintenance numerous times but never showed up to fix the issue. The workers at the Marina were rude and gave incorrect information regarding when we could purchase live bait. It would also be helpful to know in advance that you cannot place umbrellas/tents on the pier while fishing.

We started off a little rocky, but it did get better. The whole sale a week and half before our trip made it stressful before we even arrived. There were a couple of things that did not work and of all places the kids room which is where we really would have liked them to work. The cable box was not activated and the dvd player did not work. For the price we paid, we should not have had that problem. The location and grounds were nice. We enjoyed that very much.

We stayed at the Caribe Resort for the last week of 2020 and we couldn't have been more satisfied with our vacation rental. The condo was laid out perfectly,plenty of room for everyone and a spectacular view of the gulf and the bay. What a joy to wake up every morning and look out across the beautiful gulf of Mexico. This was our 2nd trip to Gulf Shores/Orange Beach in 2020,and we are making plans to return. I highly recommend to anyone wanting to get away to travel to Alabama. You won't be disappointed!

We incurred problems with the dryer. It was unclear as to what we were suppose to do with the water in the pan, etc. It was making too much condensation.
There were not enough wine glasses and dinner knives.
Porch light was not working.
Front door knob was causing problems.

We had a wonderful experience. The resort was wonderful and very family friendly. We had a family of 8 staying in this room and had plenty of space. The pools and trolley here were also phenomenal. I will be staying at this same room (hopefully!) the next time my family goes to Orange Beach! I highly recommend this room for a family!

We had the BEST Spring Break! Booking and check in was super easy! The condo had everything we needed and was very spacious for a large group! There was so much to do at the resort from the lazy river, fishing to miniature golf! Great vacation!

The condo was beautiful! My daughter and her friends LOVED the bunk room. It was great to have so much to do with kids contained into one place. The heated indoor pools were awesome as the kids were back in forth on the slides since it was a bit chilly. We will stay again for sure. The unit has views of the ICW and Gulf.

The property was very pretty and everything was in working order. My complaints are- the master bath had mildew in the shower and a slight sewage odor for the course of the stay. The bedroom that has an attached bath in it, the shower curtain had mildew. The couch although very pretty and comfortable was dirty and had alot of stains on it. Then upon leaving you are asked to put the key cards under the outdoor mat which we did and double checked more than once. I was charged a 50 dollar fee because they said the cards were not there! We know when we left they were! If that happened to everyone alot of money could be made cause it is your word against theirs! I called and they said they would review camera footage to see if they were stolen but I have not heard a word back!

Caribe is a great resort. Very kid friendly. The room was nice except both bathtubs did not drain. We notified maintenance numerous times but never showed up to fix the issue. The workers at the Marina were rude and gave incorrect information regarding when we could purchase live bait. It would also be helpful to know in advance that you cannot place umbrellas/tents on the pier while fishing.

I had a group of 12 women and we stayed in a 4 bedroom condo. We were told we could only bring 2 cars. I felt this was crazy considering the size of our condo and the amount of people in our party. When we arrived, we quickly learned one of the sofa beds was broken, the dishwasher was broken and the light was not working in the master bedroom closet. When I called to report this I was told, "oh, we knew about the sofa bed - and while I have you on the phone let me tell you about the dishwasher." SHOCKING to me. You knew these things were broken. You knew we were coming for our vacation. Yet, you left them broken. DISSAPPOINTING. The lazy river was not open and available either. DISSAPOINTING. The "hot tub" was NOT HOT. Overall, very disappointed with our stay facilities.

Overall, our family had a great time, especially my 3 year old grandson. There were a few issues in the condo that need to be addressed--ice maker had mold inside that was addressed by another guest a few months ago, master bathtub jets didn't work, some cookware not cleaned by previous guests, sofas sit too low for older guests who have trouble getting up.

The Caribe Resort is an exceptional property! It's well layed out and maintained. The resort staff always smiles and say "hi". We have been wintering in the G.S./Orange Beach area for 12 years and this is our favorite spot. The only down side to our stay was some of the pools and the lazy river were down for maintenance for part of the winter. Early in our stay we had several questions for Aqua Vacations. They quickly and professionally responded to our needs. We felt like they really cared about us. What a great stay!

Overall decent experience. Not exactly what we'd expected for location or cleanliness, but still a decent place. condo has a lot of minor repairs needed that a handyman could (and should) fix. Bathrooms were nice, but one repeatedly needed a plunger, one shower held water and there was previous visitors hairs in every bathroom. Kitchen was decently equipped, but be prepared to handwash dishes or use paper products. They only provide one roll of everything per area and make sure you get hand soap! The beach areas and dining options (besides the one on site) are all driving, not really walking. The outside spaces were amazing! Unfortunately, it was chilly, so we spent more time inside the condo than anticipated. Overall a good experience, i think maybe the unit itself needs a good deep cleaning and some minor repairs to get a great review. I would recommend the property, but not unit B510.

We found Caribe B-510 to be spacious and generally clean, but it had a significant problem with the refrigerator/freezer, and several other wear and tear problems. Also, the VRBO description was deceptive in that the guest room beds are listed as queen and king size, which they are not. They are both full size. None of the couches are hide-a-bed, so I don't know how it is possible to sleep 14 people here unless you bring your own air mattress.
The biggest problem was that the refrigerator and freezer are not cooling properly. They are set to the coldest setting, but only the lower sections are getting sufficiently cool. Ice cream placed in the upper part of the freezer was found melted. This needs to be fixed ASAP before someone gets food poisoning.
There are a number of wear and tear issues that need to be addressed:
-The living room couch closest to the wall with the TV is falling apart, needs to be replaced.
- The toilet seat in the hall bathroom is loose from the toilet, needs to be replaced.
- There is a light bulb out in the guest room closest to the front door.
- The curtain in the guest room with balcony access has curtain rings missing.
- The upper kitchen cabinet to the right of the refrigerator has a broken hinge.
- All of the inner shower curtains were nasty, need to be replaced.
- The inside of the icemaker needs cleaning.
- The kitchen trash can foot pedal doesn't work, can needs to be replaced.

Messaged the host twice with questions before trip but no response. Nice condo but needs a little maintenance such as vent cover was off showing tons of stuff in the duct in one of the bathrooms. One kitchen cabinet was off the hinges. Freezer did not freeze our food all the way form some reason. I reported this after checking out because none of our food ruined, just didn't freeze well such as ice cream for the grandkids. Pull out couch in living room frame has been wired and is not in the best shape. Frame seemed bent so we didn't sleep on it. Didn't seem safe. Cleaning crew before we arrived didn't do the best job but it wasn't horrible. Balcony was written all over with colored chalk that wasn't removed but I did let someone know that we didn't do it. Resort itself had a few things that were not working but I know that is out of control for the condo
owner. You do seem to get different information on things from the security gate and front desk depending on if you booked using vrbo like we did or if you book straight thru Caribe. One example was extra parking. Any questions we had the front desk could not answer because we didn't book thru them. When asking how extra parking worked the host mentioned extra parking that would be $15 a day for our children who would be joining us but we found out that anyone can park at the resort for $25 a car for your entire stay which is a whole lot cheaper. Resort is very nice though with tons of options for everyone. One indoor pool area was extremely hot. Maybe a ventilation problem, not sure. The splash pad was not working either along with some elevators not working. We would try it again for sure though. Close to lots of places to eat and things to do. The trolley to the beach was really good.

Overall was very good. But oven did not work gave any error code. We looked up and it said key board was h by ping out.
Master bathroom first sink has a leak around fixtures
Could not get any TV’s yo work. Only one that we were able to turn on was den and sound would not go up.

The rental was spacious. There were a few things I didn't like. There was no keurig as mentioned in description. Also the pots for cooking were awful. I use Pam in them and they still stuck. There was mold in the ice maker and some of the pillows in the guess room need to be replaced. Also some of the countertop appliances had rust on them. Other than the place was great and spacious.

We've been spending our last 12 winters in the Gulf Shores/Orange Beach area. Caribe Resort, unit B510 is a great place. The unit is quite spacious and well maintained. The view is amazing. The entire property is constantly being cleaned by friendly staff. Caribe is located very near to countless restaurants and many shopping experiences. We have recommended Caribe and Aqua Vacations to our friends. We had a slight problem finding a spot for our utility trailer when we arrived. Aqua Vacations jumped in and solved our problem immediately! Both B510 and Aqua Vacations surpassed our expectations. Overall, our experience was great.

We traveled in a group of 13, 7 kids and 6 adults. We had more than enough space and such a great time. OUr Condo was clean and roomy. All of the pools and hot tubs were great as well. My 2 year old nephews favorite was the "Trolley" that took us back and forth to the beach everyday! Everyone was extremely nice and helpful! Thank you for helping make this trip amazing!

Nice unit lacked a non stick pan for cooking. Would have been nice, light and fan not working on oven, did not call for service did not want to be inconvenienced with dodging maintenance workers, the docks were closed and this was never mentioned. Very nice size unit and plenty of room and location was excellent. The $25.00 parking passes seems excessive for everyone unit, you should get at least two passes with rental of a 3 bedroom unit. Overall a nice place and we would rent again.

Our family’s stay at Caribe Resort with Aqua Vacations was wonderful! The condo was very clean and well stocked with everything needed. There were even games and books! The amenities at the Caribe can’t be beat! We also enjoyed the complementary activities through Aqua Vacations. Highly recommended and we plan to return next summer!

We stayed at the Caribe Resort for the last week of 2020 and we couldn't have been more satisfied with our vacation rental. The condo was laid out perfectly,plenty of room for everyone and a spectacular view of the gulf and the bay. What a joy to wake up every morning and look out across the beautiful gulf of Mexico. This was our 2nd trip to Gulf Shores/Orange Beach in 2020,and we are making plans to return. I highly recommend to anyone wanting to get away to travel to Alabama. You won't be disappointed!

We started off a little rocky, but it did get better. The whole sale a week and half before our trip made it stressful before we even arrived. There were a couple of things that did not work and of all places the kids room which is where we really would have liked them to work. The cable box was not activated and the dvd player did not work. For the price we paid, we should not have had that problem. The location and grounds were nice. We enjoyed that very much.

The condo was very nice! It was a good size for our party of 6. Three bedrooms, a nice kitchen and living room. The best part was the view of the gulf off the balcony! The bathrooms were nice and large too. The only real negatives are the guest bed and the elevators. The Bed in the guest room was incredibly uncomfortable. So much so that I ended up sleeping on the sleeper sofa instead. A new mattress is needed! The building elevators are not adequate for the number of people going to and from the beach, shopping, etc.. Often you will have a long wait, and the doors will close very fast! Other than those two things, I would hardly recommend this condo. If we come back to Gulf Shores again, I would definitely stay here. Also, the sea and suds next-door has fabulous food. Highly recommend that as well. The beach chair set ups are a bit expensive at $40 a day., so maybe consider bringing your own chairs and umbrellas. The management company was very responsive to any questions we had.

We needed a place to stay for our nephew's graduation and our boys' birthdays and judging by the pictures this place was perfect for a family of 4. I booked it, they reached out to verify and get my identification and told me the owner would email me the code to the door for our arrival. I didn't expect the email until just before 4PM on arrival day. Well it never came so I figured I would go to the front office. No one was there. So I tried calling. No one picked up. We were there AT 4PM. We went to the gaurd shack and he had our names for the reservation and condo number but no code to get in and no way to contact who I needed contacted via Whimstay/Aqua Vacations. I kept calling until someone answered! Finally a lady (I want to say Linda?) answered, I explained, she gave me all the info I needed and made me feel soooo much better because I had a mental breakdown in the parking lot thinking I had gotten ripped off and lost our money and had nowhere to stay. Once we got in it was a sigh of relief. The key code worked, the condo was spacious and beautiful and tasteful. The appliances, the furniture, the showers, all were great. The view was beautiful!!!!! The beds were the most comfortable beds ever! My kids loved the bunk beds. (9&2) It was one of the best places we've ever stayed at. The vibe was relaxed and fun all the way around. The ONLY disappointment was the pool and kiddie pool. The kiddie pool didn't work half the time and was freezing when it was. The indoor/outdoor pool is small but I guess why swim in the pool if you I have an ocean? It was the perfect distance to Pensacola and the Aviation museum. Restaurants are walking distance or a super short drive. I absolutely loved the stay and we're glad it worked out!

We had a wonderful stay! Our condo was very well kept and clean. It was pretty well up to date and decorated nicely. The amenities were nice as you have two pools, one great kid pool and one regular pool that is half indoor and half outdoor. The only downfall to any of our stay was the elevators and sometimes parking. Other than that, it was excellent and in a great location.

My stay in the seawinds cono was not what i would have booked we booked the beach club but was informed 3 days prior to checking that they were painting and could not check in on original date was given a choice of seawinds it looked nice online balcony was covered with oreos i swept up and the beach was overly crowded which i hate i choose a place more out of the way for this reason was vry disappointed and i would never stay at this location again i wish i would have cancled and demanded my money back i will never swich locations again i travel for the beach because i love it but not this end of the beach i would not recomend this to any one i know.

Could use a little updating but cannot beat the location. The property was clean when we arrived. Sea N Suds located right below us on the beach was very handy. The food and service were really good. Room 802 was just as it appeared in the photos. The condo was updated, and clean. We ate many meals in the condo and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook the meals. The view was superb and relaxing. We have no complaints about the beds either!
We did have issues with the WiFi our first couple of days. The password that is displayed in the kitchen is not correct. After calling the office Monday morning, they gave us the password which worked for the remainder of the week.
The tv in the bunk room did not work either.
I had read horrible reviews about parking and elevators for this complex. We had zero issues with parking! We always found a spot on the ground floor. However, the elevators were as bad as others reported. We remained patient and did not let it spoil our time. It probably would not deter me from renting this unit again at this time of year. It was manageable.
We had bad weather the first couple of days, but the majority of our vacation was beautiful, sunny and warm.

There are 20 floors and one operational elevator. Had to take the stairs the entire stay even when hauling luggage and groceries. The condo wasn't fully clean... Fan blades had thick dust, blankets had hair all over them, etc. The light in the master bathroom didn't work. We called the property mgmt company about it after arrival and they said a work order had already been submitted but no one ever came to fix it. The common areas (pool and splash pad) have a lot of deferred maintenance that requires TLC.

The unit was nice, the cleaning service may need to be checked in on though. There were several dirty dishes put away in the kitchen, there was sand in one of the beds like the sheets hadn't been washed. Also, the elevators in this building are terrible. 20 flights of condos and only 2 elevators is pretty rough. One day we waited 45 minutes for an elevator. We would have just taken the stairs but we were on the way to the beach with a wagon full of stuff and 3 kids so it was impossible for us to take the stairs. We had a great vacation, despite the few hiccups, overall.

This condo was super clean and spacious. All the amenities were available with washer and dryer in the condo a 24 hour self serve ice machine available in the garage. My family if 6 stayed comfortably with 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. It was centrally located on the strip. The Hanout and other popular eateries were in walking distance. We would highly recommend this condo.

The ease of booking and checkin were amazing. The staff at Aqua was quick to reply anytime I had questions. The condo was in a good location and the decor was nice and updated. The only reason problem we had was with the elevators. One elevator was down but they got it fixed during our stay.

Place is very nice. Prob is a checked in advance that all amenities would be open. They said yes. Upon arrival they say pool is closed and they are roofing the building next door and painting ours. So no.pool, to windy to go in the gulf, double red flag. so we get no water. Workers started at 745am every morning of our stay. Have paint on my car. right now from the painters. Parking is terrible here. Spots are small and not enough.Other than that is seemed to be a nice facility. Condo was really nice

We had a great time staying at A Wave from it All. Cute place, nice kitchen, loved having a washer and dryer in the condo. Being right on the beach and super central to Gulf Shores was so convenient. The pool was great, the kids had a blast using it when the ocean was too rough to play in. The only downside was the fact that one of the two elevators seemed to always be broken. This isn’t the condo owner’s fault, of course, but it does impact the stay and the convenience factor.

The Aqua vacations rep was wonderful, very helpful. The condo was beautiful and the people friendly. The splash pad was great for the kids, but I couldn't get in the hot tub since it was packed with kids. The sign said no kids under 4 but nobody was enforcing that. Access to the beach was super easy, and it was super clean.

The condo was very nice! It was a good size for our party of 6. Three bedrooms, a nice kitchen and living room. The best part was the view of the gulf off the balcony! The bathrooms were nice and large too. The only real negatives are the guest bed and the elevators. The Bed in the guest room was incredibly uncomfortable. So much so that I ended up sleeping on the sleeper sofa instead. A new mattress is needed! The building elevators are not adequate for the number of people going to and from the beach, shopping, etc.. Often you will have a long wait, and the doors will close very fast! Other than those two things, I would hardly recommend this condo. If we come back to Gulf Shores again, I would definitely stay here. Also, the sea and suds next-door has fabulous food. Highly recommend that as well. The beach chair set ups are a bit expensive at $40 a day., so maybe consider bringing your own chairs and umbrellas. The management company was very responsive to any questions we had.

We needed a place to stay for our nephew's graduation and our boys' birthdays and judging by the pictures this place was perfect for a family of 4. I booked it, they reached out to verify and get my identification and told me the owner would email me the code to the door for our arrival. I didn't expect the email until just before 4PM on arrival day. Well it never came so I figured I would go to the front office. No one was there. So I tried calling. No one picked up. We were there AT 4PM. We went to the gaurd shack and he had our names for the reservation and condo number but no code to get in and no way to contact who I needed contacted via Whimstay/Aqua Vacations. I kept calling until someone answered! Finally a lady (I want to say Linda?) answered, I explained, she gave me all the info I needed and made me feel soooo much better because I had a mental breakdown in the parking lot thinking I had gotten ripped off and lost our money and had nowhere to stay. Once we got in it was a sigh of relief. The key code worked, the condo was spacious and beautiful and tasteful. The appliances, the furniture, the showers, all were great. The view was beautiful!!!!! The beds were the most comfortable beds ever! My kids loved the bunk beds. (9&2) It was one of the best places we've ever stayed at. The vibe was relaxed and fun all the way around. The ONLY disappointment was the pool and kiddie pool. The kiddie pool didn't work half the time and was freezing when it was. The indoor/outdoor pool is small but I guess why swim in the pool if you I have an ocean? It was the perfect distance to Pensacola and the Aviation museum. Restaurants are walking distance or a super short drive. I absolutely loved the stay and we're glad it worked out!

We had a great time during our two month stay. Unit was as pictured with plenty of cooking utensils, dishes etc. Beds were very comfortable. Overall the unit was great. Could use a little updating but cannot beat the location. The property was clean when we arrived. Sea N Suds located right below us on the beach was very handy. The food and service were really good. Would recommend this unit if staying in the Gulf Shores area.

Room 802 was just as it appeared in the photos. The condo was updated, and clean. We ate many meals in the condo and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook the meals. The view was superb and relaxing. We have no complaints about the beds either!
We did have issues with the WiFi our first couple of days. The password that is displayed in the kitchen is not correct. After calling the office Monday morning, they gave us the password which worked for the remainder of the week.
The tv in the bunk room did not work either.
I had read horrible reviews about parking and elevators for this complex. We had zero issues with parking! We always found a spot on the ground floor. However, the elevators were as bad as others reported. We remained patient and did not let it spoil our time. It probably would not deter me from renting this unit again at this time of year. It was manageable.
We had bad weather the first couple of days, but the majority of our vacation was beautiful, sunny and warm.

My stay in the seawinds cono was not what i would have booked we booked the beach club but was informed 3 days prior to checking that they were painting and could not check in on original date was given a choice of seawinds it looked nice online balcony was covered with oreos i swept up and the beach was overly crowded which i hate i choose a place more out of the way for this reason was vry disappointed and i would never stay at this location again i wish i would have cancled and demanded my money back i will never swich locations again i travel for the beach because i love it but not this end of the beach i would not recomend this to any one i know.

We had a wonderful stay! Our condo was very well kept and clean. It was pretty well up to date and decorated nicely. The amenities were nice as you have two pools, one great kid pool and one regular pool that is half indoor and half outdoor. The only downfall to any of our stay was the elevators and sometimes parking. Other than that, it was excellent and in a great location.

The Aqua vacations rep was wonderful, very helpful. The condo was beautiful and the people friendly. The splash pad was great for the kids, but I couldn't get in the hot tub since it was packed with kids. The sign said no kids under 4 but nobody was enforcing that. Access to the beach was super easy, and it was super clean.

We had a great time staying at A Wave from it All. Cute place, nice kitchen, loved having a washer and dryer in the condo. Being right on the beach and super central to Gulf Shores was so convenient. The pool was great, the kids had a blast using it when the ocean was too rough to play in. The only downside was the fact that one of the two elevators seemed to always be broken. This isn’t the condo owner’s fault, of course, but it does impact the stay and the convenience factor.

This condo was super clean and spacious. All the amenities were available with washer and dryer in the condo a 24 hour self serve ice machine available in the garage. My family if 6 stayed comfortably with 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. It was centrally located on the strip. The Hanout and other popular eateries were in walking distance. We would highly recommend this condo.

The ease of booking and checkin were amazing. The staff at Aqua was quick to reply anytime I had questions. The condo was in a good location and the decor was nice and updated. The only reason problem we had was with the elevators. One elevator was down but they got it fixed during our stay.

Place is very nice. Prob is a checked in advance that all amenities would be open. They said yes. Upon arrival they say pool is closed and they are roofing the building next door and painting ours. So no.pool, to windy to go in the gulf, double red flag. so we get no water. Workers started at 745am every morning of our stay. Have paint on my car. right now from the painters. Parking is terrible here. Spots are small and not enough.Other than that is seemed to be a nice facility. Condo was really nice

There are 20 floors and one operational elevator. Had to take the stairs the entire stay even when hauling luggage and groceries. The condo wasn't fully clean... Fan blades had thick dust, blankets had hair all over them, etc. The light in the master bathroom didn't work. We called the property mgmt company about it after arrival and they said a work order had already been submitted but no one ever came to fix it. The common areas (pool and splash pad) have a lot of deferred maintenance that requires TLC.

The unit was nice, the cleaning service may need to be checked in on though. There were several dirty dishes put away in the kitchen, there was sand in one of the beds like the sheets hadn't been washed. Also, the elevators in this building are terrible. 20 flights of condos and only 2 elevators is pretty rough. One day we waited 45 minutes for an elevator. We would have just taken the stairs but we were on the way to the beach with a wagon full of stuff and 3 kids so it was impossible for us to take the stairs. We had a great vacation, despite the few hiccups, overall.

We absolutely loved staying here! This was our second year and will probably come back for a third. The location is great. Access to 5 pools plus 1 indoor pool kept the kids entertained not to mention the beach! We stayed at the beach for hours! Loved waking up every morning and seeing and hearing the ocean. Not a great rental. Parking was never fixed, washer leaked, no one ever came or even followed up. Floors were really dirty, tub wouldn’t drain. Different floor levels, caulking in kitchen gone. You could see through the cabinets. Not updated... no beach toys.

We had a great time staying at the beach! Condo was fabulous - no complaints at all. Fit our needs very well. Our only complaint was that it was cold and stormy, but you can't plan for that when booking several months in advance. Highly recommend.

Due to a last minute AC issue we were given several options for our previously booked stay at a Aqua Vacations property. We were pleased to accept the option of a 12th floor condo at Beach Club at Fort Morgan. Dana and Linda at AV were very accommodating and helpful. The condo was in excellent condition and comfortable. We will definitely consider a Aqua Vacations property for our beach front rentals in the future.

We had a great time. The rental unit was clean and fairly up to date. The surrounding grounds were under construction, but crews kept everything neat as possible and you can tell that once they are complete, this place is going to be great.

We had a wonderful vacation! The rental and property were gorgeous! And we had everything we needed for the perfect stay. We tried to rent last summer (2020) but due to Covid our booking was bumped right into Hurricane Sally. But Aqua Vacations was amazing to work with. We finally made it down this summer and it was totally worth the wait! We will book again!

Beach club was a very nice condo. Clean and smelled good when we arrived. My only complaint is that there was one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and we didn’t realize there wasn’t anymore, which was very minor. Definitely would recommend to a friend.

My family and I rented this condo for a week and absolutely loved it. Everything was so nice and operated as expected. Morning coffee overlooking the beach was the picture I had in my mind leading up to the trip. The only concern we had was that we did not receive our "Key Code" for the keyless entry into the condo ahead of time - we were supposed to, but it was not in our email. When we realized we did not have a code, we were standing at the front of the building with all of our bags (watching several others arrive and enter). We struggled to get in touch with someone (on a Saturday) and then Gina answered the phone. Gina went above and beyond to get us into the condo - she really did - and our vacation began. While I will absolutely choose Aqua Vacations again, I can't help but think this part of the process has an opportunity for improvement. But again, we were completely taken care of and moved past the issue once we had a code.

The place was ok. I say off our going to stay take cleaning supplies. When we arrived wasn't clean. There was no handle on the oven door and no hot pads to take stuff out of the oven. I wonder if the owner knows about all of this. I will not stay there again.

The Beach Club is a beautiful & well-maintained resort. The property managers, Aqua Vacations did a great job with early check-in & easy check-in/access
The view/location was terrific. We have stayed at TBC several times and the view from the Doral tower is the best! The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed & great bunkbeds that are very comfy. This is a no-frills condo. The kitchen has the basics. The only drawback was the master bedroom mattress is awful. It needs to be replaced along with the pillows. We also had issues with some of the popular cable channels not working. On a positive note, if some of these problems are addressed, we would definitely stay there again.

We love coming to Gulf Shores. This was our first time staying in the Doral tower. We were disappointed that hot tubs were out of order, due to Covid-19, but the pool and beach was amazing as always. The condo itself could have used a deep clean before we arrived. Overall it was great. Truly appreciated the extra shower towels and beach umbrellas.

This condo was perfect for our family of 4. We loved the large balcony with ocean view and having all appliances including washer and dryer. The condo was very clean upon arrival. The only issues we had were the toilet in the guest bathroom is quite loose and needs to be re-seated. The owners were notified. Also, I never received an email from owner giving instructions for check in so we had to text her some questions but it was taken c are of pretty quickly.We appreciated the signs encouraging guests not to overcrowd elevators.

Aqua staff was exceptional. Very nice when we talked on the phone and arrived. Our problem was just with the condo itself. It had a very strong odor when you walk in. We hoped when we aired it out it would be better but never did. Several small details like many of the electrical sockets only worked on one plug. Refrigerator leaked water pretty bad. Condo itself just overall only receives a 2.

The condo was just as pictured. Nice view from balcony. Easy access to the beach- long walkway but only 4 steps!! There was sand in our sheets as soon as we arrived- not sure if that’s from a poor washing service or just not having changed them. Overall-perfect for a family who wants to stay on resort and cook or eat at the pizza place (good!)z there are even food trucks on a lawn, but we didn’t eat there. It’s a 20 minute drive from the main strips with popular restaurants so if you want to shop and see sights- prepare to drive.

We absolutely loved staying here! This was our second year and will probably come back for a third. The location is great. Access to 5 pools plus 1 indoor pool kept the kids entertained not to mention the beach! We stayed at the beach for hours! Loved waking up every morning and seeing and hearing the ocean. The condo had everything we needed for the week

The Beach Club is a beautiful & well-maintained resort. The property managers, Aqua Vacations did a great job with early check-in & easy check-in/access
The view/location was terrific. We have stayed at TBC several times and the view from the Doral tower is the best! The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed & great bunkbeds that are very comfy. This is a no-frills condo. The kitchen has the basics. The only drawback was the master bedroom mattress is awful. It needs to be replaced along with the pillows. We also had issues with some of the popular cable channels not working. On a positive note, if some of these problems are addressed, we would definitely stay there again.

The place was ok. I say off our going to stay take cleaning supplies. When we arrived wasn't clean. There was no handle on the oven door and no hot pads to take stuff out of the oven. I wonder if the owner knows about all of this. I will not stay there again.

My family and I rented this condo for a week and absolutely loved it. Everything was so nice and operated as expected. Morning coffee overlooking the beach was the picture I had in my mind leading up to the trip. The only concern we had was that we did not receive our "Key Code" for the keyless entry into the condo ahead of time - we were supposed to, but it was not in our email. When we realized we did not have a code, we were standing at the front of the building with all of our bags (watching several others arrive and enter). We struggled to get in touch with someone (on a Saturday) and then Gina answered the phone. Gina went above and beyond to get us into the condo - she really did - and our vacation began. While I will absolutely choose Aqua Vacations again, I can't help but think this part of the process has an opportunity for improvement. But again, we were completely taken care of and moved past the issue once we had a code.

We had a great time. The rental unit was clean and fairly up to date. The surrounding grounds were under construction, but crews kept everything neat as possible and you can tell that once they are complete, this place is going to be great.

The condo was just as pictured. Nice view from balcony. Easy access to the beach- long walkway but only 4 steps!! There was sand in our sheets as soon as we arrived- not sure if that’s from a poor washing service or just not having changed them. Overall-perfect for a family who wants to stay on resort and cook or eat at the pizza place (good!)z there are even food trucks on a lawn, but we didn’t eat there. It’s a 20 minute drive from the main strips with popular restaurants so if you want to shop and see sights- prepare to drive.

We love coming to Gulf Shores. This was our first time staying in the Doral tower. We were disappointed that hot tubs were out of order, due to Covid-19, but the pool and beach was amazing as always. The condo itself could have used a deep clean before we arrived. Overall it was great. Truly appreciated the extra shower towels and beach umbrellas.

This condo was perfect for our family of 4. We loved the large balcony with ocean view and having all appliances including washer and dryer. The condo was very clean upon arrival. The only issues we had were the toilet in the guest bathroom is quite loose and needs to be re-seated. The owners were notified. Also, I never received an email from owner giving instructions for check in so we had to text her some questions but it was taken c are of pretty quickly.We appreciated the signs encouraging guests not to overcrowd elevators.

Aqua staff was exceptional. Very nice when we talked on the phone and arrived. Our problem was just with the condo itself. It had a very strong odor when you walk in. We hoped when we aired it out it would be better but never did. Several small details like many of the electrical sockets only worked on one plug. Refrigerator leaked water pretty bad. Condo itself just overall only receives a 2.

Thank you Linda. We have taken care of the refrigerator leak, having the electrical outlets looked at. Not sure where the odor was coming from. The maintenance crew for The Beach Club had recently resurfaced the walkways which did have an odor.

I like that this property is away from the hustle. The facilities were very clean; condo, pool, patio area, dock, everything outdoors is kept up very well. Bedding was comfortable. Love that this spot has a pool and bay view from balcony. It’s peaceful.
Only a few things to consider....This property doesn’t have across the street beach access so you have to get in your vehicle and park at public beach. When we first arrived at condo it had a strong mildew smell. We sprayed air freshener and kept AC low so it wasn’t noticeable after that. Owners may need to look into finding the source to address that issue. It didn’t ruin our stay though.

Nice place to grill and bunch of picnic tables to sit under shelter when raining or out of the sun. Pool needs a little repair on the outside but chairs in good shape around the pool. My condo 107 was really nice. Do need a pizza pan. ��

Pros: The location of the condo was amazing -- short drive to Gulfshores with an easy walk across the street to the beach. Beautiful views of the bay and some glimpses of the beach from the balcony. Property management company was also super great, and the check in process/key less entry is amazing.

Cons: The condo was still a little bit dirty despite having been cleaned. There also was not a broom that I could find, which would have been nice to sweep up sand. The bed was TERRIBLE. The king size meant we had plenty of space, but there are two actual slumps in the bed. You can see these just looking at the bed from the doorway, not to mention how extreme they feel when you lie down. It is simply worn out and needs to be replaced. The bed alone would make me reconsider purchasing a stay here.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Jubilee Landing. Condo was beautiful with a view of the River and the gulf. The only complaint I had was the King mattress in the master bedroom desperately needs to be replaced. You can feel the springs and it rolls to the center of the bed.

So instead of helping me solve the issue they demanded I pull my boat out over Memorial holiday weekend. Super busy boating weekends. They never tried to accommodate us. When we walked in the door the place was clean, smelled great, very roomy and nicely decorated. The balcony is large with a good area seating area and tit overlooks the pool. You have easy access across the road and through the dunes to the beach. The beach was not crowded in that area. In the late afternoon you can watch the boats come in the bay.

The unit is nicely updated other than the master bathroom which it just needed a good floor scrubbing. However ever surface from the kitchen counter to bathroom sinks tops & bedroom furniture had NOT been wiped or cleaned. Snuff spilled under sofa sleeper as well as on stuck on side of counter by trash can. The sofa sleeper stated it was new however it had a mattress pad cover that was soiled with fresh urine. I had to wash it myself before it could be used. Accidents happen of course & is no reflection on the unit itself. The cleaning service itself I'm not sure about. Also unit needs a broom & dust pan for easy sand cleanup. Like MOST if not all condo's in the whole area are under some level of construction.

We love everything about the place & the condo-except a few things-it was not dusted thoroughly. The walls in the master bedroom were covered in dust as well as the lamp shades & baseboards. There were several lights/lamps they did not have light bulbs or did not work. Other than those few items we enjoyed our stay in 107. The check in-out process was easy to do & the one making reservations was super helpful. We are planning on a return trip next June &

When we arrived at our condo, we had to wait an hour and a half to be allowed to get into the unit because it was still be cleaned. Our check was supposed to be 4:00 and it wasn't until 5:30 before we could enter. The unit showed much more wear than the pictures. The dishes weren't clean in the cabinets. The DVD player in the living room didn't work, and the cable would go out of service, hours at a time. To top it all off, when I got home, it's became apparent that my fathers credit card had been hacked. The only purchase that had been made in the last month, was through your website to secure payment.

I like that this property is away from the hustle. The facilities were very clean; condo, pool, patio area, dock, everything outdoors is kept up very well. Bedding was comfortable. Love that this spot has a pool and bay view from balcony. It’s peaceful.
Only a few things to consider....This property doesn’t have across the street beach access so you have to get in your vehicle and park at public beach. When we first arrived at condo it had a strong mildew smell. We sprayed air freshener and kept AC low so it wasn’t noticeable after that. Owners may need to look into finding the source to address that issue. It didn’t ruin our stay though.

Jubilee Landing if you want views of the beach, intracoastal, along with the pool. Great balcony lots of room to sit and enjoy the area. Close to restaurants, entertainment, and shopping. Unit was clean and stocked with anything you would want or need for a great girls weekend get a away or a family vacation.

Pros: The location of the condo was amazing -- short drive to Gulfshores with an easy walk across the street to the beach. Beautiful views of the bay and some glimpses of the beach from the balcony. Property management company was also super great, and the check in process/key less entry is amazing.

Cons: The condo was still a little bit dirty despite having been cleaned. There also was not a broom that I could find, which would have been nice to sweep up sand. The bed was TERRIBLE. The king size meant we had plenty of space, but there are two actual slumps in the bed. You can see these just looking at the bed from the doorway, not to mention how extreme they feel when you lie down. It is simply worn out and needs to be replaced. The bed alone would make me reconsider purchasing a stay here.

The unit is nicely updated other than the master bathroom which it just needed a good floor scrubbing. However ever surface from the kitchen counter to bathroom sinks tops & bedroom furniture had NOT been wiped or cleaned. Snuff spilled under sofa sleeper as well as on stuck on side of counter by trash can. The sofa sleeper stated it was new however it had a mattress pad cover that was soiled with fresh urine. I had to wash it myself before it could be used. Accidents happen of course & is no reflection on the unit itself. The cleaning service itself I'm not sure about. Also unit needs a broom & dust pan for easy sand cleanup. Like MOST if not all condo's in the whole area are under some level of construction.

Very, very nice condo, tastefully remodeled in an outstanding location. Great beach access within easy walking distance without the crowds. Clean, comfortable and a rental well worth the price. When we walked in the door the place was clean, smelled great, very roomy and nicely decorated. The balcony is large with a good area seating area and tit overlooks the pool. You have easy access across the road and through the dunes to the beach. The beach was not crowded in that area. In the late afternoon you can watch the boats come in the bay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Jubilee Landing. Condo was beautiful with a view of the River and the gulf. The only complaint I had was the King mattress in the master bedroom desperately needs to be replaced. You can feel the springs and it rolls to the center of the bed.

Stay was great only issue was a/c went out It was replaced next day. The other issue was no WiFi and the cable company never came to fix. This was outside of their control. Overall I would come back management accommodated me for the ac and no WiFi and thought it was fair.

When we arrived at our condo, we had to wait an hour and a half to be allowed to get into the unit because it was still be cleaned. Our check was supposed to be 4:00 and it wasn't until 5:30 before we could enter. The unit showed much more wear than the pictures. The dishes weren't clean in the cabinets. The DVD player in the living room didn't work, and the cable would go out of service, hours at a time. To top it all off, when I got home, it's became apparent that my fathers credit card had been hacked. The only purchase that had been made in the last month, was through your website to secure payment.

We love everything about the place & the condo-except a few things-it was not dusted thoroughly. The walls in the master bedroom were covered in dust as well as the lamp shades & baseboards. There were several lights/lamps they did not have light bulbs or did not work. Other than those few items we enjoyed our stay in 107. The check in-out process was easy to do & the one making reservations was super helpful. We are planning on a return trip next June &
will stay at Juvilee Landing again. Orange Beach will our new stop not going back to FL. ??

We are locals who did a staycation. The location is perfect for fishing and boating. It’s also within walking distance to the Flora-Bama. The only complaint I have is the hot water would never work in the kitchen.

We had a great vacation at Jubilee Landing. Very roomy, nice pool, and access to beach (you do have to cross the street) There were a few things that could have been cleaner. The pull out bed had melted chocolate Reese’s on the sheets, the king size bed had dirty foot prints on the sheets which leads me to believe they were not changed from the previous guest. They were also clothes in the drawers from previous guest. Some other small things but it seemed to me it is the cleaning crew that fell short. Overall we had a great vacation but it could have been cleaner.

Our room was nice and the docks was perfect for fishing. We never had a parking spot. Looked to be 50-60 rooms in the complex but only 20 parking spots unless you are a owner. We had to park out by the road every night.

This was our 2nd stay at Jubilee Landing & we had a wonderful time on our vacation. The condo was spotless & perfect for our family. The Keurig coffee maker was a bonus for us & we really appreciated it. I had to contact the manager for a minor issue but she was on top of it immediately so no worries there. I noticed previous reviews about the parking but we had no issues at all. The condo was stocked with absolutely everything you could possibly need for a perfect vacation. The pool was perfect & well kept up just as last year so many kudos for that. I have absolutely no complaints for our stay because the condo has much more than you expect for a vacation rental. We will definitely be coming back for another stay & I would recommend this rental to anyone with no worries at all. Thank you Dana for helping us to enjoy our perfect 2018 vacation!!!

This was our first time staying in orange beach, and at Jubikee landing. It was recommended by a family member who stayed their in March. We normally stay in Panama City , but we were looking for a more relaxing, low key atmosphere. We loved our stay at jubilee landing. The room was just as it was pictured on the website. It was clean , and well stocked. We loved that we could hang out and fish at the pier and also were 5 minutes to the beach. The complex was very homey and comfortable. We will definitely come back !

The condo is in a fairly quiet location. The WiFi did not work and the master bath could use a little updating. There was no trash can in the master bath and the toilet paper is terrible, bring your own. The views are pretty from the balcony. The bed was comfy. We utilized the fish cleaning station, which is a plus.

The rental was very clean! It has a patio facing the bay. Made for some beautiful sunsets. And lots of beautiful houses and boats to see. The only complaint I can give is you pay a pretty penny to stay and finding a parking spot is hard to do. I counted over 30/40 units but only 20 parking spots. You are only allowed one car because of this issue. There’s a huge empty, grassy lot next to the units they should invest in more parking.

We are locals who did a staycation. The location is perfect for fishing and boating. It’s also within walking distance to the Flora-Bama. The only complaint I have is the hot water would never work in the kitchen.

overall, we enjoyed the stay.
However, my wife was horrified at the lack of cleaning in the rooms, especially the floors.
I bought a swiffer, and it took 5-6 pads before they stopped being black from dirt.
We actually found sand in the bed linens of the 2nd bedroom, so obviously, they were not laundered.
There were also some maintenance items that were not attended to. (specifically, the master bedroom screen door was rusted and rotted to the point that it was not usable).
Other than those things, we liked the room and the view.

We had a great vacation at Jubilee Landing. Very roomy, nice pool, and access to beach (you do have to cross the street) There were a few things that could have been cleaner. The pull out bed had melted chocolate Reese’s on the sheets, the king size bed had dirty foot prints on the sheets which leads me to believe they were not changed from the previous guest. They were also clothes in the drawers from previous guest. Some other small things but it seemed to me it is the cleaning crew that fell short. Overall we had a great vacation but it could have been cleaner.

The condo was very very dirty. When we arrived the condo was noticeably unclean. There was hair in the bathroom, sand and a used soap bar in the shower. We had to clean the condo ourselves. The check-in process was completely useless and took us an extra hour through the main traffic area-only to get a keyless entry code and a parking pass. The washer broke and had to be repaired during our stay. We loved Jubilee Landing and the beach but very dissatisfied with the cleanliness and how it was addressed and resolved.

The rental was very clean! It has a patio facing the bay. Made for some beautiful sunsets. And lots of beautiful houses and boats to see. The only complaint I can give is you pay a pretty penny to stay and finding a parking spot is hard to do. I counted over 30/40 units but only 20 parking spots. You are only allowed one car because of this issue. There’s a huge empty, grassy lot next to the units they should invest in more parking.

The condo is in a fairly quiet location. The WiFi did not work and the master bath could use a little updating. There was no trash can in the master bath and the toilet paper is terrible, bring your own. The views are pretty from the balcony. The bed was comfy. We utilized the fish cleaning station, which is a plus.

This was our 2nd stay at Jubilee Landing & we had a wonderful time on our vacation. The condo was spotless & perfect for our family. The Keurig coffee maker was a bonus for us & we really appreciated it. I had to contact the manager for a minor issue but she was on top of it immediately so no worries there. I noticed previous reviews about the parking but we had no issues at all. The condo was stocked with absolutely everything you could possibly need for a perfect vacation. The pool was perfect & well kept up just as last year so many kudos for that. I have absolutely no complaints for our stay because the condo has much more than you expect for a vacation rental. We will definitely be coming back for another stay & I would recommend this rental to anyone with no worries at all. Thank you Dana for helping us to enjoy our perfect 2018 vacation!!!

Our room was nice and the docks was perfect for fishing. We never had a parking spot. Looked to be 50-60 rooms in the complex but only 20 parking spots unless you are a owner. We had to park out by the road every night.

I have always tried to stay beachfront, but this unit and location were such a great change of pace. Watching the boats going up and down Ole River was so peaceful. The unit was beautifully appointed and had everything we needed. Will definitely consider this one again.

We had a wonderful time at Jubilee Landing Unit 203. The Condo had all the amenities we were looking for and we loved the beautiful Beach Decor. The rental was nice. A suggestion is to leave additional pillow cases in unit for the additional pillows.
The king bed mattress has several dips and lumps in it. Consider replacing in near future. Beautiful place.

We had a wonderful time at Jubilee Landing despite the storm that came to visit. We felt safe & secure with no worries as we stayed at the condo. It was well worth it because after the storm we were able to take our grandson to a real beach for the first time. The condo was stocked with everything we needed & it had plenty of room for us. We enjoyed the pool as which was amazing & well kept. The self check-in & check-out was very convenient. Overall our vacation was wonderful there. I would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a beautiful vacation home!!

I have always tried to stay beachfront, but this unit and location were such a great change of pace. Watching the boats going up and down Ole River was so peaceful. The unit was beautifully appointed and had everything we needed. Will definitely consider this one again.

We had a wonderful time at Jubilee Landing Unit 203. The Condo had all the amenities we were looking for and we loved the beautiful Beach Decor. My husband especially enjoyed fishing for Trout from the pier! From the balcony, we enjoyed beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Absolutely breathtaking!! We will definitely be back!

The rental was nice. A suggestion is to leave additional pillow cases in unit for the additional pillows.
The king bed mattress has several dips and lumps in it. Consider replacing in near future. Beautiful place.

Aqua Vacations was great to work through and the condo we rented was perfect! It was clean, the view is amazing. We spent hours sitting on the deck watching the boats. AquaVacations made everything easy and efficient. We will definitely rent here again.

I stay at Jubilee Landing multiple times every year and try to get 203 as much as possible. This spot is perfect for a nice relaxed get away. Love it!!

This condo was amazing! It was across the street from the beach but it was an easy walk. The balcony had a great view overlooking a cove.

We had a wonderful time at Jubilee Landing despite the storm that came to visit. We felt safe & secure with no worries as we stayed at the condo. It was well worth it because after the storm we were able to take our grandson to a real beach for the first time. The condo was stocked with everything we needed & it had plenty of room for us. We enjoyed the pool as which was amazing & well kept. The self check-in & check-out was very convenient. Overall our vacation was wonderful there. I would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a beautiful vacation home!!
