We are locals who did a staycation. The location is perfect for fishing and boating. It’s also within walking distance to the Flora-Bama. The only complaint I have is the hot water would never work in the kitchen.

What a beautiful choice we made by staying here. The property was very easy the find, the rooms were clean and the location was so awesome by sitting on the bay side and walk across the road for the beach.

We had a great vacation at Jubilee Landing. Very roomy, nice pool, and access to beach (you do have to cross the street) There were a few things that could have been cleaner. The pull out bed had melted chocolate Reese’s on the sheets, the king size bed had dirty foot prints on the sheets which leads me to believe they were not changed from the previous guest. They were also clothes in the drawers from previous guest. Some other small things but it seemed to me it is the cleaning crew that fell short. Overall we had a great vacation but it could have been cleaner.

Our room was nice and the docks was perfect for fishing. We never had a parking spot. Looked to be 50-60 rooms in the complex but only 20 parking spots unless you are a owner. We had to park out by the road every night.

This was our 2nd stay at Jubilee Landing & we had a wonderful time on our vacation. The condo was spotless & perfect for our family. The Keurig coffee maker was a bonus for us & we really appreciated it. I had to contact the manager for a minor issue but she was on top of it immediately so no worries there. I noticed previous reviews about the parking but we had no issues at all. The condo was stocked with absolutely everything you could possibly need for a perfect vacation. The pool was perfect & well kept up just as last year so many kudos for that. I have absolutely no complaints for our stay because the condo has much more than you expect for a vacation rental. We will definitely be coming back for another stay & I would recommend this rental to anyone with no worries at all. Thank you Dana for helping us to enjoy our perfect 2018 vacation!!!

This was our first time staying in orange beach, and at Jubikee landing. It was recommended by a family member who stayed their in March. We normally stay in Panama City , but we were looking for a more relaxing, low key atmosphere. We loved our stay at jubilee landing. The room was just as it was pictured on the website. It was clean , and well stocked. We loved that we could hang out and fish at the pier and also were 5 minutes to the beach. The complex was very homey and comfortable. We will definitely come back !

The condo is in a fairly quiet location. The WiFi did not work and the master bath could use a little updating. There was no trash can in the master bath and the toilet paper is terrible, bring your own. The views are pretty from the balcony. The bed was comfy. We utilized the fish cleaning station, which is a plus.

The rental was very clean! It has a patio facing the bay. Made for some beautiful sunsets. And lots of beautiful houses and boats to see. The only complaint I can give is you pay a pretty penny to stay and finding a parking spot is hard to do. I counted over 30/40 units but only 20 parking spots. You are only allowed one car because of this issue. There’s a huge empty, grassy lot next to the units they should invest in more parking.

Get ready for your family’s vacation at this charming 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo at Jubilee Landing. Located just across the street from the gorgeous white sand beaches and turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico. *Beach access is located at Shell Beach-due to bird and turtle nesting-dune access is closed at this time* The fully equipped, open-concept kitchen with stunning granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a spacious island is perfect for entertaining. The living room features a brand new sofa and loveseat, cable TV, and complimentary WIFI. Access to the waterfront balcony from the living room and master suite allows for enjoying the coastal breezes and views of the Gulf, pool, and Ole River. The master bedroom offers a king bed, private balcony access, and a tub/shower combo. The guest bedroom has a queen bed. Guest bath is a shower/tub combo. The condo also includes TVs in the living room and bedrooms, as well as an in-unit washer and dryer. This condo can accommodate up to 6 people. Jubilee Landing amenities include a pool, rental boat dock, BBQ grilling area, picnic area, and beach access at Shell Beach less than a mile away. Guests can also fish off the dock and use the fish cleaning station. Additionally, there's a gazebo with stunning views of Ole River. Please note that Jubilee Landing allows 1 parking pass per reservation, and guests using the docks do so at their own risk. overall, we enjoyed the stay.
However, my wife was horrified at the lack of cleaning in the rooms, especially the floors.
I bought a swiffer, and it took 5-6 pads before they stopped being black from dirt.
We actually found sand in the bed linens of the 2nd bedroom, so obviously, they were not laundered.
There were also some maintenance items that were not attended to. (specifically, the master bedroom screen door was rusted and rotted to the point that it was not usable).
Other than those things, we liked the room and the view.

The condo was very very dirty. When we arrived the condo was noticeably unclean. There was hair in the bathroom, sand and a used soap bar in the shower. We had to clean the condo ourselves. The check-in process was completely useless and took us an extra hour through the main traffic area-only to get a keyless entry code and a parking pass. The washer broke and had to be repaired during our stay. We loved Jubilee Landing and the beach but very dissatisfied with the cleanliness and how it was addressed and resolved.

What a beautiful choice we made by staying here. The property was very easy the find, the rooms were clean and the location was so awesome by sitting on the bay side and walk across the road for the beach.

The rental was very clean! It has a patio facing the bay. Made for some beautiful sunsets. And lots of beautiful houses and boats to see. The only complaint I can give is you pay a pretty penny to stay and finding a parking spot is hard to do. I counted over 30/40 units but only 20 parking spots. You are only allowed one car because of this issue. There’s a huge empty, grassy lot next to the units they should invest in more parking.

The condo is in a fairly quiet location. The WiFi did not work and the master bath could use a little updating. There was no trash can in the master bath and the toilet paper is terrible, bring your own. The views are pretty from the balcony. The bed was comfy. We utilized the fish cleaning station, which is a plus.

This was our 2nd stay at Jubilee Landing & we had a wonderful time on our vacation. The condo was spotless & perfect for our family. The Keurig coffee maker was a bonus for us & we really appreciated it. I had to contact the manager for a minor issue but she was on top of it immediately so no worries there. I noticed previous reviews about the parking but we had no issues at all. The condo was stocked with absolutely everything you could possibly need for a perfect vacation. The pool was perfect & well kept up just as last year so many kudos for that. I have absolutely no complaints for our stay because the condo has much more than you expect for a vacation rental. We will definitely be coming back for another stay & I would recommend this rental to anyone with no worries at all. Thank you Dana for helping us to enjoy our perfect 2018 vacation!!!

Our room was nice and the docks was perfect for fishing. We never had a parking spot. Looked to be 50-60 rooms in the complex but only 20 parking spots unless you are a owner. We had to park out by the road every night.

We absolutely loved the closeness to the beach, restaurants, shops, etc.You can see a little sliver of the beach between two palm trees, so I wouldn’t say “Beachview.” The building is quite ran down. It definitely could use some updates. We loved the location, but just know when it turns about 8 you will feel like you are at a concert. The Hangout is right across the street and they play live music. The sound does come through the walls so beware if you have littles or plan to sleep at a certain time. The property was “clean”, but not as clean as I would like. You definitely saw dust all over the kitchen amenities. If you looked under anything, you would find old trash from previous guests. The stay was not terrible, but out of all the places we have stayed this would be ranked the lowest. My husband and I noticed that there was no “gift” when we arrived. Normally, there is a little gift basket with some snacks awaiting our arrival. This definitely felt more like a hotel. I would say it’s like a hotel room, but smaller. Compared to other places, the price was on the lower side. Overall, our stay fit our needs, but there is some work that could be done.

The location of this property is great for all things Gulf Shores and Orange Beach. It could definitely be upgraded and the couch should be replaced. Otherwise, It was clean and met our needs for a place to sleep and shower.

The room was way too small, no hot water in the shower and 1 roll of toilet paper for 3 ppl. Every time you rolled over in the bed it would creak. The walls are to thin can hear everything going on around you. Not an experience I would like to have again. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

The price was right for us and it was in a great location. All the updates were cute. Everything was within walking distance and the beach across the street.The fan had about 1” of dust and the artificial plant was very dusty, there was a ton of hair in the shower drain before any of us showered. We did run out of toilet paper and had to buy some. It would have been nice to have a broom to sweep up sand.

We absolutely loved the closeness to the beach, restaurants, shops, etc.You can see a little sliver of the beach between two palm trees, so I wouldn’t say “Beachview.” The building is quite ran down. It definitely could use some updates. We loved the location, but just know when it turns about 8 you will feel like you are at a concert. The Hangout is right across the street and they play live music. The sound does come through the walls so beware if you have littles or plan to sleep at a certain time. The property was “clean”, but not as clean as I would like. You definitely saw dust all over the kitchen amenities. If you looked under anything, you would find old trash from previous guests. The stay was not terrible, but out of all the places we have stayed this would be ranked the lowest. My husband and I noticed that there was no “gift” when we arrived. Normally, there is a little gift basket with some snacks awaiting our arrival. This definitely felt more like a hotel. I would say it’s like a hotel room, but smaller. Compared to other places, the price was on the lower side. Overall, our stay fit our needs, but there is some work that could be done.

The location of this property is great for all things Gulf Shores and Orange Beach. It could definitely be upgraded and the couch should be replaced. Otherwise, It was clean and met our needs for a place to sleep and shower.

This was the perfect getaway for my husband and I. We were located right in the middle of everything we needed. We never had to drive anywhere for food, dollar store, gift shops, live entertainment and best of all the beach. It’s the perfect stay for 2!

The price was right for us and it was in a great location. All the updates were cute. Everything was within walking distance and the beach across the street.The fan had about 1” of dust and the artificial plant was very dusty, there was a ton of hair in the shower drain before any of us showered. We did run out of toilet paper and had to buy some. It would have been nice to have a broom to sweep up sand.

The room was way too small, no hot water in the shower and 1 roll of toilet paper for 3 ppl. Every time you rolled over in the bed it would creak. The walls are to thin can hear everything going on around you. Not an experience I would like to have again. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

I have always tried to stay beachfront, but this unit and location were such a great change of pace. Watching the boats going up and down Ole River was so peaceful. The unit was beautifully appointed and had everything we needed. Will definitely consider this one again.

We had a wonderful time at Jubilee Landing Unit 203. The Condo had all the amenities we were looking for and we loved the beautiful Beach Decor. My husband especially enjoyed fishing for Trout from the pier! From the balcony, we enjoyed beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Absolutely breathtaking!! We will definitely be back!

The rental was nice. A suggestion is to leave additional pillow cases in unit for the additional pillows.
The king bed mattress has several dips and lumps in it. Consider replacing in near future. Beautiful place.

We had a wonderful time at Jubilee Landing despite the storm that came to visit. We felt safe & secure with no worries as we stayed at the condo. It was well worth it because after the storm we were able to take our grandson to a real beach for the first time. The condo was stocked with everything we needed & it had plenty of room for us. We enjoyed the pool as which was amazing & well kept. The self check-in & check-out was very convenient. Overall our vacation was wonderful there. I would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a beautiful vacation home!!

Perfect quiet place if your looking to get away and just relax. I don’t recommend this place if you have teenagers. As for me and my friend we could’ve stayed on the balcony overlooking the bay all day.

I stay at Jubilee Landing multiple times every year and try to get 203 as much as possible. This spot is perfect for a nice relaxed get away. Love it!!

Get ready for your family’s vacation at this charming 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo at Jubilee Landing. Located just across the street from the gorgeous white sand beaches and turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico. *Beach access is located at Shell Beach-due to bird and turtle nesting-dune access is closed at this time* The fully equipped, open-concept kitchen with stunning granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a spacious island is perfect for entertaining. The living room features a brand new sofa and loveseat, cable TV, and complimentary WIFI. Access to the waterfront balcony from the living room and master suite allows for enjoying the coastal breezes and views of the Gulf, pool, and Ole River. The master bedroom offers a king bed, private balcony access, and a remodeled walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has a queen bed. The guest bathroom is remodeled bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The condo also includes TVs in the living room and bedrooms, as well as an in-unit washer and dryer. This condo can accommodate up to 6 people. Jubilee Landing amenities include a pool, rental boat dock, BBQ grilling area, picnic area, and beach access at Shell Beach less than a mile away. Guests can also fish off the dock and use the fish cleaning station. Additionally, there's a gazebo with stunning views of Ole River. Please note that Jubilee Landing allows 1 parking pass per reservation, and guests using the docks do so at their own risk. Those bringing a boat must register the craft with Aqua Vacations, provide proof of insurance, and pay a daily boat dock fee. Boat trailers are not allowed at Jubilee Landing, and guests should contact Jerry’s Marine for trailer storage. The property is furnished with a starter set of paper products, and guests are required to sign a rental agreement before receiving check-in instructions. The primary renter must be 25 years old, remain present for the duration of the stay, and is responsible for the group. A $80 damage waiver fee is charged to eliminate the need for a traditional security deposit. Please note that Jubilee Landing allows 1 parking pass per reservation, and guests using the docks do so at their own risk. Effective January 1, 2020- No Boat Trailers are allowed at Jubilee Landing BOAT INFORMATION Maximum boat length: 28’ Boat pass must be displayed at all times Those bringing a boat must register the craft with Aqua Vacations, provide proof of insurance, and pay a daily boat dock fee of $50.00 and will be added to your reservation. Boat trailers are not allowed at Jubilee Landing, and guests should contact Jerry’s Marine for trailer storage at and is located at 25038 Canal Road-Orange Beach Docks-All persons using the docks, do so at their own risk. I have always tried to stay beachfront, but this unit and location were such a great change of pace. Watching the boats going up and down Ole River was so peaceful. The unit was beautifully appointed and had everything we needed. Will definitely consider this one again.

We had a wonderful time at Jubilee Landing Unit 203. The Condo had all the amenities we were looking for and we loved the beautiful Beach Decor. My husband especially enjoyed fishing for Trout from the pier! From the balcony, we enjoyed beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Absolutely breathtaking!! We will definitely be back!

The rental was nice. A suggestion is to leave additional pillow cases in unit for the additional pillows.
The king bed mattress has several dips and lumps in it. Consider replacing in near future. Beautiful place.

Aqua Vacations was great to work through and the condo we rented was perfect! It was clean, the view is amazing. We spent hours sitting on the deck watching the boats. AquaVacations made everything easy and efficient. We will definitely rent here again.

We had a wonderful time at Jubilee Landing despite the storm that came to visit. We felt safe & secure with no worries as we stayed at the condo. It was well worth it because after the storm we were able to take our grandson to a real beach for the first time. The condo was stocked with everything we needed & it had plenty of room for us. We enjoyed the pool as which was amazing & well kept. The self check-in & check-out was very convenient. Overall our vacation was wonderful there. I would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a beautiful vacation home!!

The overall location was nice but the home itself was dirty! Upon arriving and checking the home out we found hair on all the sheets and in one bedroom there was blood on the covers, I immediately got my kids and went to a local hotel because I refused to stay there that night. I also emailed and called every number I was provided and no one reached out until the next day and when I did talk to someone her response was “so what do you want done to the home” as if she didn’t receive all my emails, text messages and voicemails. All the bedding got changed but upon check out we were checking to make sure nothing was left behind and looked under the bed and there was an old McDonald’s bag, a piece of sausage and empty candy packet under the bed, I was extremely mad due to the fact there is an cleaning fee associated with the rental property and the property was dirty. The owner never apologized or anything I will never rent here again

We wanted a short get away with the family and this villa was perfect for us. Clean, convenient location to the beach, OWA, and restaurants and comfortable. It was private. Everyone loved the pool. We felt safe here. We will be back.

Family-friendly place to stay. Great for snowbirds with the majority of winter neighbors being snowbirds. The community room blocks the wind on chilly days by the unheated pool. Inside this unit you’ll find fresh paint, a well equipped kitchen, comfy beds, and a nice layout.

The location was great. Not too far from the beaches but also some great restaurants close by as well. The villa was well stocked so that we are able to cook most meals in the villa to help us socially distance during the pandemic.

The stay was fine. My issue is due to family issues back at home that caused us to leave 1 day early. I was denied a refund & also a credit. I was offered 15% off on my next visit. Sorry but that’s stupid for me to lose $180+ just to come back and spend more for 15% off. I do not recommend this property to anything that has family. Because if you need to leave early, you are screwed out of money. The owner of this property has no sympathy. You can’t control death

The house was very cute and in a great location. It was close to the beach and The Wharf. The bed in the main bedroom was harder than the floor, we didn’t sleep well at all. The cleanliness of the house was not what I expected, wear shoes because after walking around the house for a bit your feet will be black. The house was furnished beautifully. There were some general upkeep things that need to be performed; broken trash can, broken knob to laundry closet, and many dings stuff in the wall by one of the recliners. The main bathroom vent fan was so caked with dust and debris you wouldn’t know what color it was suppose to be, I had to clean it. Overall though, it was a good place to stay.

We were happy that Dana with Aqua Vacations. This place was amazing. Pool was great, grilling out on the patio was great. Walking the pier around the pond was so relaxing. We will be back to Orange Beach Villa and will use Dana at Aqua Vacations from here on out.

The location was good. The unit was not very clean. Found what appeared to be vomit on one of the comforts on one of the twin beds and had to wash it before we were able to sleep on it. Also found several roaches in both bathrooms. Found skoal can under dresser in master bedroom. Did not feel as if the unit is being cleaned after checkout of each quest. For what we are charged for cleaning fee would expect it to be cleaner! Will not stay at this property again

The overall location was nice but the home itself was dirty! Upon arriving and checking the home out we found hair on all the sheets and in one bedroom there was blood on the covers, I immediately got my kids and went to a local hotel because I refused to stay there that night. I also emailed and called every number I was provided and no one reached out until the next day and when I did talk to someone her response was “so what do you want done to the home” as if she didn’t receive all my emails, text messages and voicemails. All the bedding got changed but upon check out we were checking to make sure nothing was left behind and looked under the bed and there was an old McDonald’s bag, a piece of sausage and empty candy packet under the bed, I was extremely mad due to the fact there is an cleaning fee associated with the rental property and the property was dirty. The owner never apologized or anything I will never rent here again

We wanted a short get away with the family and this villa was perfect for us. Clean, convenient location to the beach, OWA, and restaurants and comfortable. It was private. Everyone loved the pool. We felt safe here. We will be back.

The house was very cute and in a great location. It was close to the beach and The Wharf. The bed in the main bedroom was harder than the floor, we didn’t sleep well at all. The cleanliness of the house was not what I expected, wear shoes because after walking around the house for a bit your feet will be black. The house was furnished beautifully. There were some general upkeep things that need to be performed; broken trash can, broken knob to laundry closet, and many dings stuff in the wall by one of the recliners. The main bathroom vent fan was so caked with dust and debris you wouldn’t know what color it was suppose to be, I had to clean it. Overall though, it was a good place to stay.

The stay was fine. My issue is due to family issues back at home that caused us to leave 1 day early. I was denied a refund & also a credit. I was offered 15% off on my next visit. Sorry but that’s stupid for me to lose $180+ just to come back and spend more for 15% off. I do not recommend this property to anything that has family. Because if you need to leave early, you are screwed out of money. The owner of this property has no sympathy. You can’t control death

I do sympathize with you on having to leave a day early but as specified in the rental agreement you signed clearly states that NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN FOR EARLY DEPARTURE.

Your review DO NOT HAVE ANY MERIT. Would you except a refund from a cruise or any other vacation, motel or hotel. We spoke to several times during your vacation and we just bragged about

The location was great. Not too far from the beaches but also some great restaurants close by as well. The villa was well stocked so that we are able to cook most meals in the villa to help us socially distance during the pandemic.

Family-friendly place to stay. Great for snowbirds with the majority of winter neighbors being snowbirds. The community room blocks the wind on chilly days by the unheated pool. Inside this unit you’ll find fresh paint, a well equipped kitchen, comfy beds, and a nice layout.

Condo was clean and very conveniently located near The Wharf. However, the beds in the condo were horrible. Luckily we were so exhausted, we could have slept on a rock.

We loved where it was located and all very much enjoyed the clean environment around the villa, We would love to stay again sometime The only problem we encountered was roaches everywhere (small ones probably just hatching out) but was numerous roaches even in the toaster when tried to use it.

The location was good. The unit was not very clean. Found what appeared to be vomit on one of the comforts on one of the twin beds and had to wash it before we were able to sleep on it. Also found several roaches in both bathrooms. Found skoal can under dresser in master bedroom. Did not feel as if the unit is being cleaned after checkout of each quest. For what we are charged for cleaning fee would expect it to be cleaner! Will not stay at this property again

We were happy that Dana with Aqua Vacations. This place was amazing. Pool was great, grilling out on the patio was great. Walking the pier around the pond was so relaxing. We will be back to Orange Beach Villa and will use Dana at Aqua Vacations from here on out.
